Haven't been able to connect?

If there are a lot of Bluetooth signals around you, please clear the pairing and then reconnect your own device.

To achieve low latency, the paired devices also support function of aptX Low Latency. Otherwise, the receiving device might use another codec (e.g. SBC, aptX), resulting in a 70-200ms audio delay which may be noticeable by some users.

Please ensure the aux cable is tightly plugged into “AUDIO OUT” or headphone jack in your TV and both devices are successfully paired. Then change the TV’s sound settings from “TV speaker” to “Audio out”.

How to clear Bluetooth history?

Turn off the adapter then long press the MFB button for 8s until the red and blue light both on and flash twice.

For live music or musical instruments, it is suggested using specialized Bluetooth transmitter receiver.
