Must try
After suffering for 4 1/2 months. I ordered this and 5 days later no pain. Doc said it would be gone one day, just like it came. So I have to rate as a good product. I'll update if pain can mes back.

Does nothing to relieve heel spurs pain

Thin consistentsy
Helps with cracked dry heel pain but bone spurs are a different animal. Offers some relief but gel insoles for spurs are needed or a podiatrist. Jar is also on the small side compared to the price and its a bit runny when applied.
