Handy size and creamy

As a head shaver on a bi-daily basis this is one of the nicest shaving creams with a really nice scent and when used to a bristle brush a very good creamy lather.

This is of high quality and produces foam very easily. Even without using a bowl and brush, you can just rub it with your hands and apply it to the beard. It is very gentle and non-irritating, has no strange smell, and is very easy to accept and recommend. ...

I had not bought before, but my usual Williams cream had changed to using plastic tubes; these have metal tubes so no plastic( other than the cap ). The cream lathers and shaves well, and this one doesn’t have any fake smells; also better for travel than bulky aerosols. Would buy again. Even Palmolive shave cream has started using plastic tubes .. wtf

I've been using Shavette and Safety razors for the past 5 years ( Stainless Stainless Steel Shavette Disposable Blade Straight Razor ) and I have always had problems with shaving creams and pre/post creams and their lack of skin protection. Razor burns and in growing hair had always been a problem for me due to these products and early in the year, I turned to a shaving gels - Tend Skin Air Shave Gel 240ml which cleared my face from all the problems caused by shaving cream. I do have to admit, my facial hair is a little tough and thick I think when compared to other men (my father & younger brothers don't have my problem). I did some research on Proraso and read the product reviews and decided to try this out with Proraso Sandalwood and Shea Butter Pre and Post Shave Cream (100ml) , to give myself a proper gentlemen's shave on the last day of 2015 and I must say, this gave me the best shave with a Shavette I have ever had in my life! The glide of the blade on my face was so smooth and comfortable, I didn't experience any pull or hear the usual scrapping sound of a blade cutting through hair. I also didn't need a second past, the first past was enough. I would recommend this product to men that have thicker than normal facial hair or issues with razor burn. I also recommend you use the Pre & Post Shave Cream I mentioned above I do believe it helped. The only issue I had with this is, the lather does dry up fairly quickly when I compare it to other shaving cream I've used in the past i.e. Taylor of Old Bond Street, but you can re-lather to fix this problem.

This is an excellent shave cream, smells nice and leaves face moisturised. Razor glides over cream so easily. Bought this as I liked the brand's after shave.

Used Proraso green for many years but kind of outgrew it as I got into other creams and soaps as part of DE shaving journey. Last year, I bought a tub of this red soap when greatly reduced and thought it a bit meh to be honest, not very impressed. Over the past months, when in a rush, I've started shaving again with disposable Gillette/Wilkinson sword razors and typically use them with some shaving cream, so when I saw this for £3 thought I'd give it a go. I have to say I'm seriously impressed, have been using a small dollop of this massaged into skin with my hand and then lathering with a brush and it has been excellent, great lather and cushioning, really smooth and slick, with lovely sandalwood smell. Tube will likely last a few months at least and at £3 represents great value, a real no brainer to have in shaving locker. Will have to try with DE razor, but will be re buying in any event. Highly recommend.

Perso, j'adore la fragrance (c'est subjectif.), fait une belle mousse au bol, ne pas hésiter a rajouter de l'eau et si vous voyez des bulles dans votre mousse, c'est que vous avez mis trop d'eau ! :-)

Very slick and a great shave. The sandalwood aroma is very nice. However I am not fond of the gritty texture. It may of been added to aid in cleaning the skin but I use other products for that
