A must have in my cupboard and I have purchased these salts for many years. Great value for a high grade product. I add them to every bath and they are wonderful for easing muscle ache and is the perfect remedy for a good night's sleep. Great for foot bathing too. Highly recommended!

These Epsom salts have been brilliant for recovery. I use them in a warm bath when my back and knees ache, and they really help ease the tension. They dissolve quickly and leave my skin soft. I’ve also mixed them with a little honey and olive oil and used them as an exfoliating body scrub, which works perfectly. Great quality and excellent value for money.

I wanted to make sure I had plenty of this so ordered the 10kg tub, knowing it would be large. I just didn’t fully appreciate how large! Amazing value for the amount, I just need to find somewhere to keep it now. Very useful to have the sealed tub rather than just a huge bag of it. The salts inside are sealed in plastic as well so can’t get damp or spill in transit or if you don’t use it straight away. The actual product is as described, very relaxing for both mood and muscles in a bath. As I have plenty, I am going to try doing some DIY bath salt bags based on some I’ve had in the past. Apparently you can pop some in little muslin bags with essential oils, citrus peel or petals etc and they can be put straight in the bath to dissolve without making a mess. As it is unscented, it should be perfect to use for this.

I buy this regularly. Big pit that lasts months. I use it maniky in the bath, to ease joint pain, and help with sleep. Wouldn't be without it. Also can be used in soil for certain plants, to keep them healthy. Also has numerous other uses. Use Google search

These Epsom salts are terrific value. I am now on my second 5KG bucket and since I use two cupfuls in my bath I do tend to get through them farly quickly (although I only bath twice a week - don't panic, I shower on the other days). Epsom salts are called after a spring in Surrey, England. The chemical name is magnesium-sulphate and they are useful for all sorts of things. There is nothing like a blissful soak to ease the aches and pains of everyday life, but Epsom salts do far more than just that. A quick look on the web will list tons of benefits, but here's just a few. They aid with reducing water retention and are a good aid to weight loss. Since the skin is porous one of the best way of getting magnesium into the body is directly through the pores. They act as a kind of detox drawing out all sorts of impurities, whilst bestowing all the benefits of the magnesium. The magnesium ions break apart from Epsom salt molecules and begin to relieve stress by promoting the production of serotonin and reducing the effects of adrenaline. They make a terrific muscle soother and can also help lessen inflammation, soothe headaches and help with absominal craps. Use as a foot soak (great for Gout) or facial scrub (if you mix them with your favourite cleanser). Importantly, Epsom salts also aid in many enzymatic functions and facilitate the body’s use of calcium to transmit chemical signals throughout the nervous system. There are different grades of Epsom Salts, some of which (not these) can be taken internally and can be used as a liver flush or a laxative. It doesn't taste very nice, but nothing that's good for you does! These should be a staple in any household. They're completly natural and nature has a habit of knowing best.
