Review: Good value, powerful, air pump - This is a powerful air pump for aquariums, purchased in January 2025 and still going strong. I still use under gravel filters after 40 plus years. I need decent pumps to run the filters and I also need a back up pump. I have purchased three of these pumps to run two different tanks and as a back up. These air pumps are not very noisy but they do vibrate, if it touches something can create noise. The produce a lot of air and are very reliable. Very low power consumption so will not drive your electricity bill through the roof. The pump will, by the very nature of how it works, produce a small amount of heat so I recommend it being positioned in a ventilated area. I have often stored these pumps in the cupboard of an aquarium cabinet. Remember to buy an anti siphon filter if you do this and the pump is below the water level. Next day delivery and great value. over the years I have used a lot of All Pond Solutions products and can recommend them.

**Q: Is this Quiet enough for axolotl?**
A: I am seriously worried about the hearing of the people who are saying this is quiet, it is UNBELIEVABLY LOUD.

**Q: 90 or 180 for a 64 litre tank**
A: i have a 200 litre tank and this pump is ideal. it runs a sponge filter and an airstone.

**Q: Whats measurement of inner of the tube?**
A: 5mm this is standard for 99% of air pumps larger are for a more prof set up ie installed and pro maintained set ups

**Q: Do I need to buy anything else to get bubbles in my tank or is this a complete kit?**
A: This is the complete kit as it includes air stones. It's a great little pump.

it’s good but the tubes fall out all the time so it stops working and it is quite noisy and the air pump itself gets very hot to touch i bought this is january and it’s still going strong so wouldnt say its bad it just gets annoying having to constantly attach the tubes
