Product Description Lucas transmission fix is a non-solvent formula that stops slip, hesitation and rough shifting in worn transmissions and completely eliminates most seal leaks. Use in any transmission for preventative maintenance. Use also in light duty manual transmissions to increase shifting ease and transmission life. Add to existing transmission fluid with engine warm and idling or with fluid change. A second bottle may be necessary in larger or badly worn transmissions. Smaller transmissions use 355 ml. Compatible with all transmissions and transmission fluids with the exception of cut transmissions and transmission fluids. Review: Good product does the job - I observed that the transmission noise is somewhat quieter than expected. Aside from that, I have no additional evidence to provide. However, it's important to note that the liquid is quite thick, which means it takes longer to pour into the transmission or differential. Please keep this in mind. I brought one extra for Subaru XV rear diff. Hopefully make the rear diff quieter on the highway.
Review: Works as expected - I've seen a review by Project Farm and decided to try it on my Volvo V70 2003 auto as it was shifting hard when cold and then flaring when hot. I've only driven about 200km since i filled it with this product, but i can already say that it works at least 50% better. Of course this might change, but as of now I am very happy with this product! Update: after 2000km it seems to be back as it was when the oil is cold. It does stop misbehaving once it heats up (after a good 20min of driving). I don't think I've wasted money but I am not sure if I would buy it again since I do a lot of short trips to work and back.

**Q: Can i put this in a range rover transmission?**
A: i don't know for sure. i do know they hava a big automatic transmission so it needs more fluid. By the way, My problem got solved but not very long (6 months) . It started doing the same thing again but it didn't let me bother me because i was going to buy another car as soon the old rover died.  Good luck.

**Q: is this suitable for 1969 rover p5b auto bw35box**
A: Lucas state that this is good for all auto boxes, but check on their website and with the p5 owners club, I have used lucas products for over thirty years and had no issues, I currently run a 30 year old saab that has lucas products used in it at every service.

**Q: My Toyota Hiace is occasionally slipping out of first gear, when slowing down, so not very often. Will this product help?**
A: Have you had your transmission fluid changed? This could be the cause!!! Or maybe a solenoid switch. You need your transmission checked out or the potential damage can be costly. I would start with transmission fluid change 1st. Hope this helps.

**Q: Could you use this in a BMW 118d rear differential?**
A: Doubt it.

i have a Chrysler voyager 2.8 grand voyager 2005 , which was slipping badly , the oil took around 500miles to start working well & I have to say it does what it says , its not a 100% fix but mpg has improved & also the changes are smoother & quicker the oil is recommended to changed every 30.000miles ,but the cost is small so even if you have to change every year or two its a cheap fix .
