AOC e2770Sh 27" Widescreen TN LED Black Multimedia Monitor (1920x1080/1ms/VGA/DVI/HDMI)

Used AOC screens for years now, i have 4 of these in my studio/workroom, 3 are on my(Custom) Mac which is used for music production/mastering etc all at 1080P and great for Logic Pro and the many many plugins i have open while producing etc. This screen i am working on now which is on a 5 way HDMI switch between PC's and another (Custom) Mac which are used for video capture/video editing, for my needs it is a 'must have' to view back video edits etc in 1080P, and these screens certainly show up any imperfections on video playback, which i can't have for the end product going back to customers etc, also comes bundled with some bits of software for PC, i-menu is useful for any adjustments you wish to make with various settings and tools. As to the sound which a customer asked me about, it is ok but i never use the sound from a monitor anyway, would be of no use for music, but ok when i checked and just had my PVR through it. So ok for watching tv i suppose? I think there worth every penny :)

I got two stuck pixels but for the price, works well. Got speakers in my model built in but they're really just for the windows beeps - wouldn't want to listen to music on it. Nice format and resolution though and great price.

Nice Monitor, Although I did base my final purchasing decision on the fact that the questions stated this monitor came with a DVI lead, When in fact it only comes with VGA and HDMI, luckily I can use the HDMI port for now, but I had planned on using that for my Playstation. For others who do not have a HDMI port on the graphics cards this could have caused a bit of an issue. The monitor itself is very nice with good colours and excellent sharp images so overall im very pleased, I just now need to buy a DVI cable to get everything connected.

Only had this a couple of days, so this isn't really a proper review. However, one of the main reasons I purchased this model, was the amazing Wattage figures (there are several others with such figures, so I considered it possible). On the compare link, it states the Wattage to be 2 Watts! WRONG! It's 33 Watts & a B class rating for power use (I was hoping for A+++). OK, probably unlikely at the price, but not what advertised - therefore 3 star. Otherwise it seems fine, quite crisp & clear (although I haven't played any games on it or watched any films, as it's used mainly for work).

Bought as just a web browsing and text editing monitor, it's a great picture with not much adjustment needed to brightness or any other settings. Nice size at 27" and the bezels aren't too wide. Would happily purchase again.

I guess from when I first had this monitor in my watch list until I purchased it, the specification changed from having 2 HDMI ports to one. I've had to return it and will now have to start searching for a monitor with 2 HDMI ports all over again.

Bought 2. Matching pair of giant 27" screens make work and gaming much better. Well worth the expense - £1 a working day for one year. Picture quality etc. excellent, no dead pixels.

No sound on mine even after fiddling with terrible controls for hours. Stand hard to work out too. No HDMI on mine. Sent mind back for refund.
