Purchased for a 10 year old to help regulate emotions. She does a page or two everyday and is really enjoying it.

Really recommend this journal it’s wonderful! My daughter uses it every night and I can see an improvement. It seems to use cbt themes without them even knowing and gets worries out of their heads onto paper. I want the adult version!

Absolutely love the Happy Confident Me journals, I have the first edition and I’ve nearly finished it. It really has had a big impact on my mental health and my mood has changed since then. Can’t wait to start this one 🤩

I’m really pleased with this as allowing my daughter to get her daily thoughts out on paper. Sometimes hard to put things in words with an adult, and a doodle can help. It would be nice if the name was called Daily Journal!

This book has been purchased as a gift so unable to comment as yet however reviews are excellent for it which is why I purchased it.

I really liked the look of this journal and was very happy with it when it arrived. My son loves it and has been writing in it every day. It is a high quality journal and full of lovely quotes and self help sections to boost your Child’s confidence.
