If you like Brewer's Yeast, this stuff will please you. I chew the recommended 6 every morning with breakfast and they have that old-time pleasant taste and give you B vitamins. I like the glass bottle as well. Reliable product, always good.

I started for helping my breastmilk supply, today my 4th day since i started, i have at least an oz extra now from every pumping session. Taking 6 at the same time in morning with breakfast, i have really sensitive stomach but having no issue so far. also i know only taking these pills not helping it alone...need to drink some mother’s milk tea during day plus pumping often since my little one quit nursing and only use bottles. I can say helping with my mood as well. There is no “best and only option” when its come to supplements for breastmilk supply, still worth to give it a try. Worked for me...

Highly recommend really growing hair

I have been taking these pills to help lactation. I am taking 2 pills 3 times a day along with Fenugreek, Blessed Thistle, Lecithin capsules. I am not able to figure our if this specifically is helping my supply, but I am not in a position to test it out and risk reducing my supply. Hence I will continue taking the full combination of pills : 4 Fenugreek + 2 Blessed thistle + 1 lecithin + 2 brewers yeast capsule - 3 times a day. This is helping me with supply for 7 out of 8 feedings each day. I am a happy customer and will gladly reorder. The one minor complaint I have is this smells really bad, but I just gulp it down with a glass of water and am ready to bear the smell for lactation. Good luck to all mamas struggling with supply. Different things work for different people, so please try for at least 2 weeks before quitting.

I love Brewer's Yeast tablets. To me, they're a snack to suck on until they melt in your mouth. They are, of course, good for you too. (I know not everyone would enjoy letting them melt in their mouths--so you can chew them up or swallow them whole too.) Solgar is an excellent brand, so these tablets are of the best quality.

My mom swears by this. She was unwell a few years back and someone suggested this to her and after using it she was back to good health. She continues to use it to this day.

When I found out brewers yeast can help increase milk supply I immediately ordered. It significantly helped my milk supply and my energy levels. The taste and smell isn't too bad. I don't really like taking 6 tabs at a time but other brands can have you taking 9 tabs a day. Definitely worth it.

I ordered these supplements to help with my hair, as I had a very stressful few months and a friend recommended brewers yeast. Based on the photo she shared I thought I ordered the same one. But turns out she had one without wheat. I thought taking 6 a day was a lot, and I wish I went went my gut feeling and started taking less and built up to 6 pills. But by the second week, I couldn't hold any food in, shortly after I ate anything I had to rush to the toilet. My digestion is completely wrecked and I'm convinced it's after I took these pills. Even if they are not the main culprit, they definitely escalated any underlying digestive issues I may have had. This product obviously has a lot of good reviews so it has helped others, but I would advise either talking to your doctor first or taking a smaller dosage to start and see how your body reacts to them.

Great, used as support with breastfeeding and definitely helped with supply. Value for money as have used alternative brands with less quantity and more expensive that has the same effect. Small tablets easy to take

Llevo muchos años tomando la levadura, la tomo por temporadas. Voy descansando algunos meses pero luego vuelvo a tomarla. Buena para la piel, cabello, sistema inmunológico, etc. Esta marca es muy buena y también es más cara que otras marcas, pero a mi no me importa. Que a veces tampoco hay tanta diferencia de precios si la coges en oferta. Marca recomendable siempre.
