Yes I use it all the time with any nail polish. It's really good and make your nails feel like you just had a proper gel

Do you have to use this over a colour or can it be applied direct to non coloured nails?

yes you could use it on non-coloured nails. I don't see any reason why not:)

Do you need to cure this top coat or is it non-uv?

It's none uv. I honestly wouldn't recommended it at the price it is as well. really disappointed. Very dear. Doesn't give the plump effect like it claims. Takes ages to dry and smears your underneath coat really bad.
