Fantastic, lightweight, easy to use and the battery lasts a good amount of time. I have since also bought the handheld one for awkward places and the car, it is also wonderful, picks up everything and does every other job I need it too. Would give them extra stars if I could ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent cleaner and so lightweight. I bought it as a 2nd hoover for upstairs only to save me carrying my old one up and down. But this hoover has proved itself so easy and efficient that I now carry this one up and down but its so lightweight I don't mind.

Needed a replacement for my 12 yr old heavy Henry, who has been a real trooper, but cumbersome to get up the stairs of a tiny cottage. For someone who loathes vacuuming & only does it when I can see the dust this is a life saver, I really didn’t expect much but it really has great suction… filled the bin in one room. It was so easy I did upstairs straight away- I usually do upstairs a different day!! Might even enjoy it if this goes on!! Nothing on me ached, nothing got tangled or fell over, my pets (cocker spaniel & 2 cats) will have to get used to the new sound but it is MUCH quieter than my screechy Henry. When the main handle goes on it is a little wobbly as others have said but it has to be like that for the subtle manoeuvrability… overall not a patch on the sturdiness of Henry but with children growing up that is no longer needed.It tucks away in half the space of Henry with no long hose to accommodate. Charging is easy I stood the whole thing beside an extension lead & the display showed clearly when it was cooked. It has no crevice tool (such a funny phrase!) but I found its cleaning up to the edges acceptable- I’m no clean freak - if it builds up over time I’ll brush it out beforehand like my mum used to do. I found Henry’s hose rather awkward over time. I used to vacuum on my knees but I don’t now. So don’t miss attachments at this stage. It is on the pricey side considering lack of attachments but hoping its longevity will prove the cost. I like the simplicity- it.cleans.the.floor. - that was what I was looking for- not a ceiling cleaner or curtain cleaner - I am not looking for more chores!! & more plastic stuff to store, loose & never use! More tea please!! The stairs are a bit of an art but I managed - just swivelled it to cover the area and run over the stair - all done!So far just what I wanted.

Overall very good. Slightly fiddly to put together, but ok once one understands that the parts need a firm clip together, and one is not damaging anything. I love the lightness and easily maneuverability. I have been unable to use my old Henry, as it has become too heavy for me, this is a good alternative. The suction is good and cleans well, downside is that it does not clean well at room edges, skirting boards etc. Maybe I should have purchased the Air Ram 3, but the price put me off. I also found the price expensive for this one, however after two day use I will not be without it. Would recommend.

Here's to the next 10+ years!Just bought this to replace my old original Gtech Airram that I bought over 13 years ago when they first came out, so absolutely no hesitation replacing it with another. The Airram is super lightweight even my 5' wife has no problem carrying it up down stairs, obviously battery powered so no trailing chord and it lasts for about 40 minutes which is enough to do our whole house up stairs and down.We have a mix of deep pile carpets and hardwood floors and the AirRam has no problem running between the two without any adjustment.It's very quiet, much quieter than any other of the umpteen cleaners we've had over the yearsIt's also super powerful and fills the dust box in a single session, it's also super easy to empty the dust box. We have a dog but he's only small so probably doesn't count 🤭. It's very low profile so easily goes under cabinets. Had a couple accidents over the years but nothing I couldn't repair. Parts are still available! It finally gave up a few days ago.Whats the difference with the new one?It unbelievably super quiet and it seems even lighter and even more powerful than the original. Clicks together and working in 5 minutes.Even easier to push and lifts the carpet pile on the pull stroke, so the carpet looks great and re-envigorated.They added a light to the front. Nice! They have moved the power button from a push button on the handle to a conventional foot pedal which is nicerPeople say prices are increasing but this new one was actually cheaper than the one I bought 13 years ago 🤭 That's just crazyI'm going to buy the Gtech stair carpet cleaner soon

Love this vacuum its so light to use i have a bad shoulder and was looking for something lighter i didn’t think it would pick the dirt up being so compact and lightweight but its brilliant works really well ,easy and quick to charge ,was easy to assemble too and being compact easy to stow away in a cupboard very pleased with my Gtech .

Depuis environs 10 années nous utilisions le premier Air Ram modèle sans le moindre problème déjà très satisfaisant, particulièrement efficace quand il fallait aspirer les poîles de notre Labrador. Seule faiblesse, pas très satisfaisant pour ramasser des choses plus gros que la poussière. Le Mk 2 s'avère encore mieux! Durée de travail entre charges 4 heures, moins bruyant et beaucoup plus efficace. Les objets taille petit pois sans problème. Fourrure d'animaux disparaît encore plus vite, moins bruyant, aspire sans réglage aussi bien moquette et parquet. Gros amélioration pour le facilité et contenu des matières aspiré et du filtre. Il est difficile de trouver de quoi critiquer.

I purchased this because i mostly have laminate flooring and 1 medium-sized area rug. It's awesome! I tried two other vacs/sweepers before finding this holy-grail sweeper-vac.It picks up ALL the dust and bits that i passed the vacuum over, occasionally needing to "re-do" (go over again, back/forth) a bit of debris. Left and right edging is excellent, as well as front-on being excellent (this failed when testing 2 other vacs ...that i returned).It's not excessively loud (no pets scared), and I can do the whole 1500 sq ft house easily on one charge (with at least half the charge remaining for another sweeping day). When vacuuming a short-pile area rug, you'll notice when pulling back on the vacuum, that it hunkers-down to create a stronger suction. [Note: when vacuuming/sweeping HARD FLOOR surfaces, you'll notice slight resistance when initiating the pulling back action but this lessens after a few days' usage. It also trains you to vacuum in a forward motion, apposed to traditionally going forward/backward repeatedly to direct the vacuumto a new section. It also has the delightful feature of being "wrist-controlled" into the desired direction ...unlike traditional vacuuming that requires a heavy arm/hand to change direction for vacuuming under low furniture, for example.Re charging, I choose to run my vacuum until all the power is depleted then plugging it in for a 4 hour charge. Meaning, I don't leave the appliance continually plugged in, as I believe this considerably shortens a/the battery life. [I do the same for hand vacs.]AND if this vacuum battery someday dies, you can purchase a compatible replacement battery! (I like this vacuum so much that I'm considering purchasing a replacement battery before I need it... in case they're not available in several years.)The price is right for this sweeper/vacuum at approximately $226

This is the best vacuum I’ve ever had in my 61 years it’s light and never fails to pick up it’s unbelievable I love it so much . I’ve got one in all my 2 holiday homes and now in my villa in Dubai.

I’m a loyal GTECH customer since 2015 and now living in Australia. Have just treated myself to new AirRam 2 and it was exported quite efficiently, but sadly it arrived with a British charging plug.
