Russell Hobbs RHCF200-MD White 198L Chest Freezer - Free 5 Year guarantee

We wanted to replace a very old and small freezer in our garage. Delivery was faultless - really nice driver who unpacked it and moved it to the right place. So far it seems to work and the 5 year guarantee is reassuring. Spring loaded lid is a bonus once you are used to it! Only criticism is that it only comes with one basket. Bought another two which makes the space more usable.

For us, ideal size, good value. Fits in a corner of the kitchen. Black was unusual for us, but looks great. The lid does "mark" very easily, so don't put anything on it that could scratch etc

I've just started using it and it seems to be working very well. We'll it's under a 5 year warranty if any problems occur. It's Very quiet. Very spacious. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN OPENING THE FREEZER AS THE LID FLYS Up on my one. Just hold the lid when opening it. (A hazard warning should be on the freezer for that) Not pleased about paying £275 and the price dropping down to £259 a week later. The tight twats could have reimbursed me the difference but chose not too.

Excellent service, I was given the choice of delivery dates and arrived on time with a phone call from the driver to say a more precise time, the driver then carried this on his own into my home unpacked it and let me inspect the product, even asked if there was anything else he could do for me! The product itself does what it says on the tin! It’s a freezer it’s lightweight, shame it doesn’t have a light in the lid but not something I thought about when I ordered it so my fault there! Easy lift lid, in fact it springs open a bit to hard. But over all good product and the service received from the seller has upped it to an excellent buy.

Brilliant freezer. Can't fault it at all. Great storage capacity. Runs super quiet and looks great in the black colour. 5⭐ Had it plugged in for just over a week and no issues with frost.

A good item. There was dent on one side but it works fine. A bit expensive but with five years warranty the price is fine. This size is good for a family of six to seven people.

I really don't know how we managed without this! We have three large dogs, all fed raw, and use this for mainly their food. There's enough room for a couple of weeks' worth at a time, which makes life much simpler. It's very lightweight, the delivery man lifted it into the house and then I managed to move it easily to where I wanted it. I would recommend to anyone.

ONE Gentleman delivered freezer banged it up 16 steps to front door, then was going to leave it there my partner (60+) had to plead with him to take it to kitchen, Item superb, Delivery ???? needs TWO people NOT ONE to deliver future items
