I really wasn't sure about this, but the reviews were mostly good. I haven't played a flute since I was 10 or 11 as I took up guitar soon after. At 45 now I'm reminiscing I really wanted to give it another go. Most of the student flutes I've looked at were just under £100, so I bit my lip when pressing the purchase button. I needn't have worried though at all! It's a great flute and it's actually easier to play than the one I'd had handed down to me when I was a kid. Even the low notes aren't that hard to hit after a little practice. It doesn't look cheap, the box is sturdy. It came with two cleaning cloths, grease a rod and even some white gloves - although they'd probably suit fingers half the length of mine ;) So if you are interested in taking up flute, don't be shy, give it a try!

The flute is good and creates nice sound too. Matched my expectations. However, this time the amazon delivery standard was really very poor. The delivery was delayed almost by a week this was birthday present for my sister and I missed the occasion. Frustrating...

Kinda expected it to need alot of touching up to become playable, but it didnt (for me atleast.) Id question the quality assurance, i assume i was just lucky, so you should probably be prepared to have to fix ut up abit yourself, but atill good for the price

I'm an adult returning to flute after two attempts to learn when much younger. This is a really good starter package for the price and I would recommend it. I had to use the little screw driver to do a minor adjustment as one of my keys was not opening after being pressed but the little wire had popped out from its groove and just needed slotting back in. It plays well and I am happy I bought this.

Its a good flute but on mine it doesnt play low do or c and e is abit tempremental does anyone know how to fix this?? Cant figure out how to contact seller (im a total technophobe) ptger than that I say its good for the price and im guessing its a problem that can be fixed?

For this price, it is very much worth it. I bought this for starting off having never played the flute before. I have now advanced to grade 3 standard of music and the flute is working excellently. The tone is great, and the accessories with are very useful. For a new player, this would be my recommended first stop!

Bought this for my 7 year old grand daughter who has just started flute lessons in school, ideal for her to learn on and not too heavy for her, she loves it.

I am an experienced flute player and had great difficulty with certain notes especially F. I can play and make a good sound on other flutes. This would not be good for a beginner as they would not know if the problem was them or the flute

Ayant pris des cours étant plus jeune, j’ai voulu essayer de m’y remettre. Cela me fait plaisir de retrouver de telles sensations musicales, le son qui sort est bon, les matériaux utilisés sont de bonnes qualités. La sortie des notes est claire et limpide. Reçu dans sa valise de transport , avec son chiffon de nettoyage , le bâton pour mettre le chiffon, un tout petit tournevis , une paire de gants blanc. La flûte se compose de trois parties, facile à assembler, 16 trous la compose. Leviers de note souples . La malette une fois rangée ne prend pas de place. Je recommande le rapport qualité/prix , aucun soucis pour satisfaire les musiciens du dimanche comme moi, voir même les plus confirmés.

Uno strumento economico ma ben fatto. È importante capire una cosa: il costo di un flauto traverso "serio" (come per OGNI strumento serio) è elevato. Questo costa pochissimo e vale ogni euro speso. Mi ci sto divertendo. Ritengo sia ottimo per i giovani che lo vogliono provare per fare esperienza in ambito musicale e capire se vogliono passare a una cosa seria! Insomma: OTTIMA SPESA.
