Very Clear Dial
This clock has one of the clearest dials I have seen, very easy to read the time from the other side of the room, 12 foot away. I loved watching the hands move around as it automatically set itself to the atomic clock radio signal...the hands whizzed around quite fast then stopped at the correct time...cool. Just put the battery in and it does all the rest, simplicity itself. Ultimate accuracy to the micro second, very clear dial, great looking and great value for money. Acctim time pieces are usually quite well made and this is no exception. Buy one today.

It just does what it says on the tin!
We had an old MSF clock, which certainly worked, unfortunately it had silver hands and a silver dial, which made it a pain to read. When our old clock eventually began to play up I decided to replace it with a shiny new one (this one). It is easy to read as it has black hands. I popped a battery in (not provided), hung it on the wall, which happens to be north facing, which is ideal to receive the MSF signal From Anthorn. Within about two minutes, it had set itself up and showed accurate time. The case is plastic, as others have mentioned, but seven feet up on a wall, it looks quite stylish.

Nice clock, quiet and accurate but plastic is a bit cheap.
Great clock. I like having radio controlled clocks that keep the time themselves. When you first add the battery (or when you replace it) the hands move round and round until it has recieved the signal and reaches the correct time. I would prefer it wait on 12 until it finds the time and then set itself but I suppose the sweeping motion of the hands let you know that it is at least doing something. The clock barely makes any noise at all and I only ever hear it very late at night when everyone is asleep and Ive gone into the kitchen where we hang this one. I bought a second one but it was defective and so it had to go back, and have not gotten around to re-purchasing it but I will do soon. Only slightly negative point would be the plastic. It's a bit cheapo plastic, it looks in the picture like a stainless steel or brushed aluminium type material but in reality its cheap silver painted plastic. But for a kitchen clock, we love it it's not meant to be a Breitling wall clock or anything it's just a decent working clock. I can run one on a rechargeable AA battery for about 4-5 months too.

Accurate
I bought this for my Dad who has a thing about the clocks reading the correct time and he is so impressed about how accurate it is!! He does not fully understand how it sets itself to the right time. But who cares its something he cannot moan about. He is also amazed that his watch also keeps the same time. Its as if there are pixies in the clock that come out and set the clocks to the right time!!!!! it is well worth the money and the quality is great.

The best "silent" atomic clock available. (at an affordable price). Not sure I recommend though.
I tried multiple of these radio-controlled alarm clocks. Most of them were very loud, despite claiming to be silent. Some of them failed to get any time automatically, and some got the wrong time such as the wrong timezone (and this wasn't changeable). So you can safely say I've got experience now on the product type. Most of my clocks in the house are atomically synced. From central heating, to phone, to bedside alarm clock. Pretty much the only clock in my house that doesn't automatically change is my oven, and I can't afford to replace that just to get a better clock. I did have one other clock, an analog wall clock, which I liked as it was easy to read in poor light (night/dusk/dawn, and had a certain aesthetic that a digital clock doesn't. It's probably only a matter of time before we get wall-mounted clocks that run android wear. Until that day, I wanted to get an affordable wall-mountable analog clock that atomically synced. After trying MANY, I found this one. Initially, I was a bit disappointed as it wasn't as silent as it claimed to be. and it seemed to take longer than I expected to sync the time, but after a few hours, it synced perfectly (and has since synced faster than half the things in my house during daylight savings). I have found it to be the quietest atomic clock I've tried. It's not perfect. It's not silent. It seems to randomly make noise for about 3-4 minutes at a time and then be silent again for another few minutes, but it's still the best I've found. This is especially noticeable at night when there's little background noise. It's pretty much inaudible, but when I'm lying in bed all of a sudden it'll start ticking, and it's pretty hard to ignore, but after 4 minutes or so it'll stop again. Annoying, but bearable. And better than anything else I've tried. Edit: I've had this clock 5 years now, but since the recent new year change it's always half an hour off. It doesn't seem possible to override or set manually. All I can do is reset, or try to 'receive' time or remove batteries, nothing seems to fix the time. Can't find the manual anywhere, their own website has a section for manuals which only seems to have about 6 products in. Edit 2: The clock now resets the time every 1 o clock. Both 1 am and 1 pm, every single day. I don't remember it doing this in the past, it's very noticeable as it means every afternoon it spends about 15 minutes being unreadable. However today - 10/10/2022 the timezone switched to GMT and the clock is at 2pm so it missed the timezone change at 1am, because the clock change occurs at 2am... and at 2pm it didn't fix itself, as it now thinks it's 2pm, when it's not. Unfortunately, I'm probably going to have to throw this clock away. It's heartbreaking as I don't think anything better exists.

Quick to set
Unpacked the clock, no instructions in the box, put a batter in the clock, and it did its thing, probably took about 5 minutes to set itself up, it set to the correct time, looks good, easy to read, does make a slight ticking noise, but unless you really hate the ticking of clocks, it should be no problem. The clock is plastic and lightweight, it's the first radio controlled clock I've had, but up to now, am impressed, can't comment yet on battery life, or durability, only time will tell, happy with purchase. For operating in instruction i just searched acctim radio controlled clock instructions, on Google, and downloaded them. It would be nice for them to be in the box, or even on the box. Happy with purchase.
