Random deflation with the same setting
The deflator is not accurate at all, how it got this many positive reviews? it is extremely hard to set, even with following the instructions step by step. I got lucky to set it on 15 psi, however next morning i received 16 psi, the next day 14.1 psi, the day after 15.6 psi?! It is the same setting but it deflates randomly.. if it is going to deflate randomly, then i will have to check the tyre pressure after deflating every time, which will be the same as the other cheaper manual deflators, this is not a set and forget anymore. not satisfied and kept me frustrated.

Highly accurate, heavy duty
These are very accurate tire deflators. You do have to be VERY careful how you handle them when using them as it seems easy to accidentally make adjustments and spin the threading on the wrong part.

Great product, terrific look and feel, and works like a charm
Are you kidding me? I bought a product 3 years ago, and through my own poor choices managed to damage part of the product - in my case, I bent, then broke the spring in one of the deflators. I figured I would be SOL, but I did the research, found that they did NOT sell replacement parts. Not too surprised, I decided to see if they would have a servicer or a suggestion as to who WOULD sell me a replacement part. I emailed on a Sunday afternoon, and - get this now - GOT A RESPONSE BACK A FEW MINUTES LATER! Not only did they respond, but they replied with a solution! Holy cow! OK, so about the product now.... The tire deflators are super easy to use, just a twist here and there and set the PSIg you are looking for and good to go. I do strongly suggest using a spare or something to practice on first. They can be a bit finicky to figure out, but once you do -which is matter of sticking to their directions - they work extremely well. There is a great tactile feel to the knurled brass, and they feel comfortable and durable. They easily take my 35" tires from 42PSIg to 12 in a few short minutes while I disconnect my sway bar. I can strongly stand behind these as a wonderful product from a great company to buy from.

Awesome and accurate automatic deflators!
The Staun Automatic Tire Deflators are a fantastic part of our off-road kit! I screw the first one on, and air begins to gush out of the tire. I move from tire to tire, screwing a deflator on each tire as I go, and by the time I get back to the first tire, it is finished! Then, by the time I finish unscrewing that deflator, the second one is finished, and so on. It is seamless and very quick. They come with a small, sturdy soft carrying case with a snap closure. They also came with excellent instructions for setting the automatic pressure level. They are advertised as being calibrated to 18 PSI from the factory, and our set was dead on at 18 PSI for all 4 deflators. Changing the pressure setting is a simple process that takes just a couple of minutes. Just set the pressure in your tire to your desired PSI, screw the Staun deflator on, and adjust the top of the deflator by screwing it up or down until the air flow out of the tire stops. Next time you use them, they will automatically stop airing down at the desired level with no intervention. Easy! Unlike many automatic deflators, the Stauns allow air to continue to flow out at full pressure right up to the moment they are finished, and then they shut off with an audible noise. They are not pressure dependent, slowing down as the air pressure reduces, so they are extremely quick. We love these auto deflators! They were expensive, but absolutely worth every penny! 5 Stars.
