Compact toilet, just right for our small downstairs cloakroom. Easy to fit. The flush mechanism could have better instructions but needed no adjustment. Did require silicone as water poured out around the main seal but hopefully I won't have to replace this anytime soon. I replaced the waste outlet pipe with a flexi-pipe and this worked perfectly - no leaks there. I did have to buy a fixing kit to fasten the toilet to the floor separately but this was not expensive and easy to source, however, I did get the impression it should have been included. The seat was a dream to fit with new style fixings which are easy to use and hold firmly. It is also easy to remove for thorough cleaning. Again the instructions were not the most comprehensive but if you have fitted a seat before and use common sense you should have no bother.

Lovely looking. Great value. Only downside has one filler.forbthe cistern so had to purchase a longer water pipe to go to water supply.

The toilet is a toilet does what it's meant to do unfortunately the toilet does not come with fixings for the pan to the floor and no fixings for the cistern to the wall otherwise great.

Well packed and easy to fit. Ideal for the price paid, although seat is plastic and a little flimsy.

Toilet pan and cistern ok. But toilet seat is light plastic and looks and feels cheap. Weighs just over 1100 grams. When I asked if I could upgrade and pay for a better seat the firm said there's no option. They also said I have to pay postage if I wanted to return the items - almost £40. I'm now stuck with a lousy toilet that I'm going to have to get rid of or accept that it'll look completely rubbish in a nice new bathroom. So if you like cheap plastic toilet seats then this is perfect for you - otherwise steer clear and watch out for this seller because even if the product is not up to scratch in terms of quality you still have to pay return postage. Very expensive lesson learned by me - hopefully you'll save yourself the grief.

Item very good but no installation fittings for the side hole toilet pan also no instruction for the fitting of the soft close toilet seat, but basically good.

Good value for money and easy to install. One good thing about this product is that it is easy to push back the seat if it come apart. This is good for those with children because you can take out the seat to clean or wash for hygiene purpose. It arrived on time.
