I have suffered my entire life. I've tried everything including Botox and solutions offered to me by the doctors. Handshakes cause me a great deal of anxiety however if you apply this to your hands one minute before you anticipate a handshake you will have dry or at least 95% dry hands. The solution only works short term however it has its use cases in certain situations such as social events when you know handshakes are likely to happen.

This cream really makes a big difference. I also have hyperhidrosis so having to shake hands, particularly before an interview, is a complete nightmare. I applied this 3 times a day in the week leading up to the interview, finding it most effective if you apply it a good 30-40mins before a handshake, giving the stickiness time to wear off and for the cream to really start working. While it didn't completely eradicate the problem, it still made a significant difference - I'm going to continue to use it as apparently it will work best after a month's continued use. This cream is obviously a much better option than surgery so I would definitely buy it again.

I was considering botox treatment for My sweaty hands as I dreaded touching people or shaking hands, even holding my steering wheel in the car felt awful with slippery hands. The really is BRILLIANT! A tiny dab goes a long way and really does do the job, dry hands! It's almost weird to get used to not having clammy hands. Really effective, so happy with it.

This product kind of works. If you have hyperhydrosis in your hands though, asking to apply it onto dry hands is kind of pointless. It's the whole point of why you're buying the cream...duh! I had Moments where I was crying in frustration completely lathering my hands in this styff and I would just sweat through it within seconds of waking up. I've ended up going on medication now which has reduced his much i sweat, works better now that I'm not as sweaty. Basically save yourself the heartache if your case is acute but if its a little, might be worth the go

It don't work I've used this for a few weeks now to see if it might take time, I've used in at night and mornin tried to increase applying it during the day as well but my hands are still sweaty. At night when I put it it keeps it very dry and the texture is horrible but i thought it's ok it might work in the morning, the next day my hands are still sweaty despite also applying in the morning. Very dissappinted

Having complained about sweaty hands for years during the most basic of activities (hands slipping off the driving wheel, terrible first impressions for interviews, etc.) I decided to invest in this stuff. Read the reviews before and all seemed positive, with advice to apply in the morning and the evening for best results. I have found just putting a pea sized amount in the palms of your hands (makes the tube last for a good couple months) in the morning alone does the trick and really does seem to keep your hands sweat free, without making them sticky in the slightest. Highly recommend!

I was in 2 minds to buy this product after reading some of the reviews. But for someone that has had wet hands her whole life, this product has helped a lot. Honestly it completely dries your hand also leaves a dry stain marks on your hand but to have dry hands so I can shake another individual’s hand, I’m sure I can live with the only negative aspect of this product!!!! If you reluctant don’t be!!!

Bought for my son who suffers from very sweaty hands. This stuff definitely works for him and you only need a very small amount.
