Had low iron on blood test take these now issue fully gone prob better to get it from food but these work for me.

I can't live without these they are amazing and give me a much needed boost in an afternoon 🙂

I'd run out of my normal vitamins and all the shops seemed to be out of stock of them too so I needed an alternative and purchased these. The tablets were on the large side but roughly about normal for these types of vitamins and I had no trouble swallowing them. They tasted fine and I took a tablet each morning with my breakfast like I have always done. However, I seem to have some kind of strange reaction to them when my body felt jittery and a little itchy. I was sure at first if it was these vitamins but with nothing else changing I stopped taking them and the sensation went away. I waited 10 days and tried them again and I started again. Just to be sure I then waited another week before trying them again and once again I started with the funny jitters and itching. From this I can only presume it is the tablets, whether it is something they are coated in, or one of the vitamins or minerals not present in my normal ones, I'm not sure. I presume most people will be find with them but they are just not for me.

I've been feeling that extra pep in my step. 10/10

Package arrived badly damaged

Gave me a really upset stomach.

Hard to swallow I have no better choice. Been taking Multibionta for over 10 years but it was discontinue Any suggestions welcome
