Purchased two for kids at Xmas. Neither of them worked. One had something rattling in it like it was broken. No way to unscrew to check bulb.even though instructions show you can unscrew. Waste of money. Ended up buying at Argos instead

Bought for 8 year old daughter. Takes a while to warm up (maybe 15mins?) and then is wonderful as it blobs around. It gets hot, but not unbearable, you could touch it if you had to (but don’t). It’s sturdy and I don’t feel unhappy having it in her bedroom when she jumps around etc. Good value.

Gone through not just one but two of these abd neither of them work. Sent the first one back for an exchange as it wouldn't turn on and then received the second and guess what same issue, wouldn't turn on. It may well be something as simple as needing a bulb change but as you can't separate the glass to get to the bulb you can't change it. A total waste of time, with no way to change the bulb without taking a soldering iron to it, as someone mentioned in another review, you wouldn't be able to change the bulb when it burns out, which they do, even if the thing actually turns up working for you. A total scam and waste of money do not buy whatever the price

Would give 0 stars if I could. I bought two of these for Christmas presents. Both children opened them up today and neither of them work. On one of them, the plug is actually snapped and on the other it sounds like the bulb is disconnected, but you can’t get to it. Two very sad children this morning and apparently out of the return slot as bought for Christmas more than a month ago. Such a shame!

I like it very much but out of curiosity I touched it,wow, that’s hot, so don’t touch it after five minutes or so, my fault, I admit, should have had more sense,idiot.

Regrettably the lamp did not work correctly and had to be returned. Return refund made quickly with no quibble, return was easy to do

Honestly awful. We ordered five as gifts and only one of them worked. First thought was fuse: nope, fuses all good. Second thought: bulb. Guess what? No access to change the bulb as the covers were glued in place. Disgraceful product. What a waste of money.

When I go it the box was damaged. The top of the lamp was dented. The light bulb was broke so I had to get a new and then it worked. The colours are nice on it. It is a good size. I am able to put it somewhere.
