Effective but messy
This foaming spray is VERY effective at removing soot and tar from our wood-burner glass. Spray it on, leave it for 2 minutes, then wipe it off with a wet sponge. The glass is spotless and there’s no physical effort required. HOWEVER, it is messy. The foam quickly (within 30 seconds of spraying) runs down the glass and drips onto the floor. I put some old newspaper underneath in anticipation. If you’re prepared, it’s very good, but it’s still a bit of a faff.

This works brilliantly
This works brilliantly on glass stove doors! I am so pleased with it. Shirt spray leave a couple of mins and the tar, soot, etc wipes off Protect the surface under the door as to does drip and is very damaging to fragile surfaces. Ut has ti be to clean the glass. It has my vote every time!

Wow
Wow, if you have a solid fuel burner this stuff is magic, spray it on, leave a few mins and then wipe off with all the soot. Had to reapply on the first time as I had quite a build up but use regularly keeps the glass clean. it does tend to run off so I put a towel under the door when applying to catch the drips. Not a big issue but you do need to be aware of this when using so you can be prepared. Use several HG products and this lives up to the high standard I have come to expect. Has become my default brand for difficult cleaning jobs.

Product 100% - Spray application 10%
Brilliant product that i have bought a few times but the spray is useless. It literally goes everywhere and needs to addressed quickly. Others have complained about this. As this is yet another one that doesn't spray properly, i'll buy something different next time which is a shame. The company need to read these reviews and act appropriately.

You will need a secondary light clean to remove the deposit left by this product
This is a very good product and removed the suit and deposits very quickly. However, the warning on the bottle that the glass must be cool should be taken seriously. If allowed to dry after cleaning the resulting deposit is hard to remove. I do it by using an ordinary window cleaning liquid which works very well.

Hasn't not been the product I expected. It hasn't cleaned the stains from Oven hob, or what it advertises on the label stoves. Disappointed with purchase
