I refer to these tablets as my "miracle pills" to my friends. I've not had morning sickness while taking them!! I'm usually hugely prone to nausea, so I'm sure I would have had a miserable time with morning sickness if it weren't for these tablets. I've had a great pregnancy so far (4/5 months in). Plus of course the nutrients are tailored to what your baby needs at each stage. The tablets seem to include every nutrient recommended. The more research I've seen on the long term effects this can have on a baby later in life, the more I think it's worth the extra money to buy these tablets. It has a more lasting impact on baby than money spent on the nursery, toys, clothes, etc. Plus, I had a 50% chance of miscarriage, but all is going brilliantly 4/5 months on. I wonder if the tablets may have helped. Great for mum and baby!

Best prenatals on market indeed. Worth evry penny. Im on my 2nd pregnancy and used to feel very tired before finding out, after i started to take them i felt amazing again. Not to even mention that they not only contributed to my wellbeing during and after pregnancy but also to my 1st baby immune system which i am very grateful for. I also take the omega 3 dha for full benefits. I would recommend to any pregnant woman. You will not regret taking them.

Can’t fault any of Zita West products. I used the whole set throughout my pregnancy and my iron levels were perfect (and post c section) and I maintained my energy until the end.

The pills received were yellow, every other time I have used these pills they have been white. I am in the last trimester of my second pregnancy and have used these pills for each of my pregnancies through each of the trimesters. I have never seen them this colour and did not feel confident to use them.

High quality vitamins! If you compere other brands like pregnacare for e.g. This one has more vitamins and in higher amounts. So you can be sure that you and your little one (s) are in good health. Didn't feel sick while taking them and never had any vitamin deficiency. Very happy

Hi everyone, Just wanted to leave a review here. It is my 3rd pregnancy, we had an early loss with our 2nd one. So with this pregnancy I used Zita west starting from preconception to now 2nd trimester. 3 pills a day is a lot a little challenge to take them but I would say worth it if it works. After my early loss I was very concerned and came across Zita west did some research on the content and watching some mum's sharing their experience on YouTube. I have decided to go for Zita west prenatals and preconception line. So fare all is fine and just so you know your urine get yellowish when taking them .. but no other complains here.

From research, this is the best pre natal I could find on the UK market. I started it pretty early on in my second trimester and have been using it ever since. I will also continue with post natals after giving birth. I do not trust super market vitamin brands. This definitely has a better form of “folic acid”, namely folate. When I started taking it it was in a plastic container and was 3 vitamins a day. They have now been reduced to two in a glass bottle. You can see the company has listened to feedback and improved!

In the first pregnancy I took pregnacare and felt sick until the 5th month! ( was all day nausea and vomiting) the second pregnancy I was told to try Solgar vitamins and although I wasn't severely sick like in the first pregnancy I still felt nausea ; after reading numerous forums I came across Zita West vitamins and based on other mother's reviews decided to give it a go. After the third DAY taking Zita West my sickness was completly gone! Like a miracle! I noticed that ZIta West vitamins has very high amount of vitamin b6 - which is belived to aliviate nausea, the fact that it's 3 capsules to take a day means also that you get the daily amount of iron but slowly - as iron is belived to be the main culprit for nausea. It does cost triple of the price than most pre natal vitamins ; but it's only 9 months of your life so definately worth investing if you suffer from severe nausea!
