Why does the advert say 2 pack when it is 1 pack of 100 tablets?

What type of magnesium and what dose is in each tablet?

Sorry, I am not a chemist and do not know the answers to your question. All I can tell you is that Melissa dream advise a dose of up to 2 tablets, and with the exception of I think only 2 nights in the last year or so that I have been taking them, I only take one tablet, and normally get about 6 - 7 hours sleep with just that single tablet. The other thing I particularly like about them is that there is no "build-up" effect with them. Some other tablets I have tried left me half a sleep after taking them for a period.
