I purchased this as a metal detecting finds pouch for the beach and it fits this task perfectly, the finds stay in the pouch and the sand falls out through the mesh bottom

Nice and easy to set

I got one form their other online outlet to keep my SMB in while scuba diving.The bag is very well made with bottom drain mesh and no metal parts to go rusty.However, the strap to go around your leg is attached near the top of the pouch rather than the bottom making it impossible to clip on to your BCD and actually put the strap around your leg - see my picture.Also, as the leg strap is not at the bottom, there is nothing to keep the pouch close to your leg when you are scuba diving.
