Check if the plug matches the jack and is fully inserted. Verify the audio output settings on your device to ensure it's set to “K5 Pro”. 3. No Sound/Device Not Working: In USB mode, ensure the output device in Windows Control Panel is "Fosi Audio K5 PRO". For OPT/COA connections, confirm correct port connections and set the K5 Pro to the corresponding mode. Also, configure the TV's audio output to PCM mode and disable other audio effects. Check for damaged cables and ensure the device is powered on by long - pressing the volume button for over 2 seconds.

Replace poor or damaged audio cables with high - quality ones and test with different outputs. Switch input modes to see if noise decreases. For headphone noise, try using a 3.5mm ground loop isolator and high - impedance headphones.
- Electric Current Issue: Replace cables with well - shielded ones and ensure they are away from AC power cables. Correct all connections to avoid interference from other devices.
- Unsatisfactory Sound Quality: Use high - quality, lossless music formats and play them on dedicated devices. Reset the equalizer to the neutral position and gradually adjust bass/treble.

- Cannot Connect to Receiver: The receiver needs to support RCA input if you want to connect the K5 Pro to it to drive passive speakers.
This is the normal architecture of K5-Pro: both outputs remain live. To mute speakers while using headphones, either turning the speaker's own volume to zero, or unplug the RCA cable.
