This is my absolute go-to when I'm starting to feel sick with anything, even a UTI. The best and most tolerable way to ingest it (due to its strong flavor): Put roughly a teaspoon of oil on a spoon and drop 5-6 drops of the oregano oil into the carrier oil. I use a bit more than it calls for because I like the stronger potency and I know I can tolerate that. Start with less if its your first go at it to see how it is for you. I use avocado oil because it's what I have but olive oil or other oil works as well. At the first sensation of a tickly throat, congestion, feeling blah, of a UTI, etc, I start doing this. I'll do it every few hours, from morning until evening and right before bed. I, personally, can do it on an empty stomach. The carrier oil is super helpful for that! I do this until I feel better. And then as I notice a reduction in symptoms, I reduce the amount of times I take it in a day. After feeling completely better, I'll take it a few times a day, for a day or two for insurance: ) For me, it noticably makes a difference in how I'm feeling and how fast I knock out the issue. It's potent and really minimizes symptoms until they're gone. Currently using for a UTI I felt coming on yesterday morning and by last night the symptoms were close to gone. This morning- gone. I had an antibiotic prescribed over the phone that I'll pick up to have on hand, but I'm thinking I wont need to use it : )

Works good. Ordered more for my brother, has pressure sores. Nothing medical working will use with carrier in small amount to see if ant healing occurs.

I have used the Oil of Oregano for several years. It seems to help scratches and small injuries heal faster. I decided to use it for a fungus on my big toe also. I will have to report about my success later.

The product itself is great. My husband wouldn't go with out it. The only issue is its hard to find (at least where I live in rural N central Iowa). So getting online is the best option. Shipping keeps getting delayed, or out of stock. Ive used Amazon for ever, had a membership until I got sick & couldn't pay for it anymore. All these 3rd parties who are reselling need to be policed more.

The taste is very strong and overwhelming but it's worth it. The oil instantly gives you a boost. I purchased 2 bottles.

It tends to burn if you put it on your body. I actually add drops to some water and swish it in my mouth. Helps to keep your mouth healthy.

I haven't been sick the past 3 years, since I started using this. 3 drops under the tongue before I go out. Woke up with a scratchy throat this morning. I took 3 drops under the tongue, and 2 hours later the sore throat is gone. I used to get sick once or twice every winter, so I love this product.

This stuff is awesome!! Tastes horrible but works great. I took it to prevent getting a nasty bug that was going around. I was exposed to it multiple times( grandkids) but never got anything. Took a couple of drops every day for a few weeks.

Good clean product. I use it for cooking and parasite cleanses.
