Ashwagandha can work really fast to produce a desired effect. I took it two days in a row and that was the charm. I took two gummies last night and slept really well. I didn't feel really anxious again until about 5 pm today when I took two more gummies. I then sat in my recliner and drank some water and put on my heated blanket. So after taking these at 5 pm I waited to see what would happen and if they'd work in real time. The first thing I noticed at about 5:05 pm was that the room got brighter. This sometimes happens with antianxiety pills I take. Then at 5:10 pm my anxious thoughts just stopped and my breathing became deeper after having been very shallow before. At exactly 5:25 pm I took a deep breath spontaneously and breathed out like a deep sign of relief. It happened automatically without me causing it to occur. The body just knows when it starts to relax. By 5:47 I was feeling so much less anxious and my breathing was back to normal. By 6 pm I felt very relaxed but not falling asleep. Now at 7 pm I feel pretty good with NO anxiety and NO stress and NO restricted breathing. I feel happy. The definition of CHILL to me is that you feel relaxed and happy! These worked for me for sleep and relaxation and I think trying them for more than one day is key. So they seem to be to be effective and a good value for money because they work! Im obsessed with the Lemme line! Especially the Lemme Chill, Lemme Sleep, and the Daily ones (can't recall the name at the moment). I'm a customer for life and have turned all my friend on to them! Not only do they actually work, they taste amazing! If you're on the fence, just do it! You'll think yourself later.

I have been taking these for a week. My sleep quality has improved. My sleep is deeper, and I wake up feeling refreshed. I definitely feel more ‘calm.’ Taste is good and texture is not gritty as I often find in gummy supplements.

I read a few mixed reviews some people said it worked others said it didn’t, so I decided to buy for myself and try it. For me personally, it didn’t work. You are supposed to take two a day and I did. My theory is that if you used to garden 🍃 (as I did) and have a high tolerance these won’t do anything for you. I stopped gardening and wanted something else to help keep me calm but these have no affect on me. It doesn’t make a difference in my sleep quality either. Taste isn’t bad but isn’t good either, taste like any other vitamin. All in all wasn’t worth it for me. The bottle is super cute though but I was under the assumption that it was glass and it’s not, it’s recycled plastic.

These gummies are delicious! And the are super soft to chew which is also a plus. The only negative thing I have to say is that the bottle has 60 gummies but the dosage are twice a day which makes it for only 15 servings not 30 which is listed in the supplement facts. Will definitely be purchasing again and perhaps trying other products
