These helped with my insertional achillies tendonitis as a short-term fix allowing me to run without issues. Bear in mind they're 6mm thick which is a pretty substantial drop to add to your running shoe, I wasn't a heel striker before I fitted these but am now with them in, I can't say I feel any shock absorption improvement so you might consider full length soles if that's your reason for buying them.

Excellent shock absorbing heel pads. Good price, fast delivery, easy to fit and very comfortable. And of course they increase my height by 2.7mm which makes me irresistible to all land mammals. I can walk and stand all day in comfort, and I am shadowed by a varied flock of elk, badger and marmoset, which is nice.

These heel pads are fine, but not what I wanted as I needed a heel wedge to help with a calf injury. These pads offer virtually no elevation of the heel and really not too much impact absorption either.

According to my husband, these are really comfortable.

If you get that heal pain, long medical name sounds like "planner fascia itis" (swolen big foot muscle) these are perfect, mine cleared up in a week after suffering for 9 months, and yes I did do the step excerises, these did not help. Wear them ALL the time it might not return. Been pain free for a year now.If you have ever had this affliction you will know how very painful it is, esp in the mornings and when you rest half way through a long walk.

Never run without them. Absorb some of the shock when your foot strikes the floor, & help to prevent recurrence of niggling lower back problem. Nice & sticky & stay in place. Get larger size if your an 8.

Boyf was limping and complaining about back and leg pain. He had some work boots that I thought might be the cause so I ordered these with the intention of lifting his heel a little higher and relieving some of the stretch in his achilles tendon that he'd horrifically snapped some years ago. The first day he wore them, he came back from work a whole lot more positive and said they'd made such a difference for him. He's been using them for a few weeks and they don't crush so they are still doing the job.I'm going to take him for a personal assessment in a formal establishment that deals with posture correction and am even considering them for myself as I hav a lot of lower back pain. If you're considering trying them, try it.. you're likely to be in pain so you've nothing to lose.

Deben de ser las cuartas o quintas que tengo y encantado con la amortiguación que aportan, desde que las uso para jugar al tenis y/o padel ningún problema en el talón de Aquilés...mano de santo. Eso sí, destrozó las plantillas en la parte delantera (cosa normal si las usas).

Ils sont très bons mais le collant ne dure pas et maintenant ils bougent. Je ne les ai pas lavés, y a-t-il un moyen de revitaliser la surface collante.

Produit que j'utilise depuis longtemps pour le sport ou le travail, très bon amorti du talon, glissé sous la semelle cela réduit la fatigue et les douleurs lors des marches intensives. La face adhésive assure une stabilité et un positionnement parfait. Épaisseur réduite mais efficacité maximale.

La amortiguación es buenísima, sin embargo no las recomiendo para jugar al squash pues se resbala el pie y resultan incómodas.
