I know the image is of birds but this was so cute I had to try and see if my pet rats would like it. They love it and I was worried about its washability with it having a hard bottom but it washes in the machine easy peasy. EDIT: I came back after writing this review to add that it stands up to the test of time. I’ve washed it multiple times and it’s stood up so much better than most rat beds I’ve used!

The first few days my conure parrot was interested (9 months old) but a little hesitant. After a few days she figured out she could use the top as a hammock and was loving it! She then discovered the inside where she goes for her more restful sleeps. She loves to pop her head out and play peek a boo. Definitely recommend this for bird owners, with its multi functional use and how adorable it is!

I have had this item for about 3 months. First off, the quality of the item is great. The materials feel nice and seems like it will hold up well/is holding up well. It has four clasps to attach it to the cage which allows it to hang really nicely and stablely. Second, I was really worried that my parakeets (of which I have three) wouldn't like this, as they don't use one that is more like a tube. While it took them the better part of those three months to start using it, they make use of both the inside and upper part. My nesting female really likes the interior, though the other two don't use it. My male, pictured here, does sit up top and the two females frequently use it as a walk through. Third, as time goes by I'm fairly confident they will use it more and more. With big structures like this you just have to be patient with your birds and allow them to really get used to new things like this. I highly recommend it!

So far this has been the only bed my conus hasn’t ate a hole through, first night he went right inside and slept like a baby. I believe he loves it. Update, every bed I’ve gotten him in the past he has chewed up and destroyed, but he absolutely loves this one and doesn’t chew on it at all he goes into it in the middle of the day to take naps too. So cute 🥰

The material feels soft and is really easy to put it on the cage. I like it because it looks like a tree with leaves. Good product if you want it to be like a nest. The color is as described and the size is perfect for two.

This is a great hideout my parakeet loves it so much she won't let her bird sister in to sleep so i have to buy another
