Good looking hat arrived in poor packaging.

I was excited to receive my new hat, but when I saw the package, I was disappointed to find that it had arrived in poor condition. The hat was simply placed in a thin plastic bag, with no protection from crushing or damage. As a result, the hat arrived with a crumpled brim. Other than the packaging issue, I am happy with the hat.
