I haven’t been using this long enough to evaluate any changes yet & I do think unless you take one supplement & don’t change anything else in your diet or lifestyle it can be difficult to pinpoint benefits. I did however culture four capsules with some pre bio plus prebiotic in 800ml of organic whole milk & it made a lovely thick “yoghurt” so I can say the bacteria are definitely alive, well & multiplying under the right conditions. So definitely a good product

I don't know if it's working or not as there wasn't a specific symptom we wanted to treat with this. We have been taking this daily for a number of months now just to help with boosting the different beneficial strains of bacteria in the gut. We even opened a capsule and mixed it into our homemade yoghurt, it did not affect the flavour. It's a smaller sized capsule and no flavour so easy to take. We take too many supplements to be able to discern what this is specifically contributing to our overall health but we trust that it's doing something. In general we are healthy with resilient immune systems, not really getting sick, once every 2-3 years for me, once every 5 years for hubby. As long as taking this doesn't affect that track record or even improves it, we're happy to keep taking it - we're trusting it's at the very least, a form of gut health maintenance.

That are doing the job I bought them for. Helps with the indigestion. Also goes with the other herbs

There are very effective. I have taken many different probiotics in the past. They were ok, but these I found to be quite good 👍

Je les utilise pour faire mes propres yaourts avec du lait entier bio, 36h de fermentation à 36°C, et ça marche nickel. La texture est bonne, la fermentation se fait bien, et niveau digestion, c'est efficace. Bien tolérés dans mon cas, et surtout, pas besoin d’attendre des semaines pour voir un effet : en quelques jours, on sent déjà la différence. Moins de ballonnements, un ventre plus léger et, en prime, un petit boost émotionnel. Le seul bémol ? Il manque la référence de la souche spécifique sur l’emballage, ce qui aurait été un vrai plus pour savoir exactement ce qu’on prend. Reste à voir sur le long terme, mais pour l’instant, c'est validé.

Ottimo per disbiosi o in associazione con vite D3 e gastriprotettore per il pylori. Ma devo dire che i mix con probiotici e prebiotici più venduti vanno anche meglio sia per motilità intestinale che per problemi di stomaco. Chi è ipersensibile invece potrebbe su questi ultimi sperimentare un eccesso di motilità e trovarsi con problematiche a riguardo. È Quindi sempre esperienza soggettiva. Consiglio di sperimentare per trovare il proprio prodotto in base alle proprie esigenze e Possibilmente su consiglio medico e non farmacistico.

Gutes Produkt, mit meiner Histamin Intoleranz wurde es besser und nach einer Weile der Einnahme wurde ich fitter. Bin sehr zufrieden, klare Kaufempfehlung.
