The bowling came well packed. Easy to assemble. I have shot it two days so far and I am well pleased. I recently had to drop down in poundage. Didn't want to get another 1200 dollar custom bow. This one shoots great.

once you set the brace height on the bow string it shoots great great hunting bow i suggest anyone who hasn't shot, strung or setup a recurve bow search it in youtube once this is setup correctly it shoots amazingly accurate great value for the money

I probably wouldn't know a good bow from a bad bow since I have never had one or shot one in my life. But this bow is kind of easy to shoot, for me anyway. I got a 40 pounder and went to the range to try it out. I thought I would be wildly inaccurate but it was surprisingly easy to get close to where I wanted to put the arrow. It is also a quite handsome looking bow and it looks and feels quality made. It has made me determined to get good at shooting arrows. Its a fun little hobby. And may be a useful skill at some time. The price is within my range. I didn't want to spend a lot without knowing if I was going to even like it or be proficient at it, but I also didn't want to get a real cheap one. I am happy with this bow and glad I bought it.

I ordered a 40lb and it came in 8lbs light. Only 32lbs at 28”. I’m drawing 29.5 and it’s at 35lbs. It shoots good and it’s fun but I’m pretty disappointed it’s not closer to 40lbs and I reached out to PMZ about getting replacement limbs with no response. Also with a 57” string I could only get 5.5” brace height. I put a 56” on with quite a few twist in it to get it to 7.5” where it seems to shoot the best.

Excellent quality for price. I had a Bentall procedure in February, so I was looking for an activity close to home. I have a couple of Bear Kodiak Hunters in 50#. The pull was too much for me. A couple months back I bought a 25# version of this bow. Very well made, worked great. I have recovered enough I needed to go up in weight. The 50# were still too much. I purchased this in 40# to transition. Outstanding quality for price point. Just the right weight for further advancement. I am able to shoot this bow easily. Went together with no problems the 2 pin system for the limbs is great. A good bow for someone who doesn't want to spend 600 dollars for a premium brand. No complaints at all.

Riser is sharp and feels solid. Initially shot decent and I had no complaints. One limb eventually delaminated and snapped during a shooting session. Only used bow approximately 5 times. Tried contacting the company to get replacement limbs and they don't respond. There is no customer service. I would not buy from PMZ again.
