I’ve tried a lot of digestive supplements over the years, and Arrae Bloat Capsules is honestly one of the few that made a noticeable difference without making me feel worse afterward. Within about 30–45 minutes of taking it, I could feel my stomach relax and the uncomfortable bloating and pressure start to go down. It’s especially helpful after heavier meals or foods that normally trigger bloating for me. What I really like is that it doesn’t feel harsh or overly stimulating like some digestive products can. This is a diuretic. It is going to cause loose watery stools. I regret purchasing this supplement. It really is far too expensive for what it is.

I rarely find amazing products but I swear if you get belly pain or bloating after pasta, pizza or heavy meals these pills remove all the discomfort. They really work well and work fast. Relief within the hour. I usually take them right after a heavy meal. LOVE ARRAE BLOAT!
