Being a former bodybuilding competitor, I have taken my fair share of fat burners. I have experienced everything from wild mood swings, to light headedness, major stomach issues to feeling like I was on speed and jittery beyond measure.I read the reviews on this product, and I bit the bullet as I was looking for something subtle and to just keep me progressing in my now weight loss journey. (Yes body building was about 8-10 years ago ...lol) I will have to say I was hesitant as this was the first powder fat burner I have tried.Here is the skinny-*Smell is delightful; as it is a fruit punch mix*Taste is good- a little chaulky if you don't mix properly but it all and all its ok.*Effectiveness is great! The first day or so I was not bought in, I felt nothing and doubted that it was working. However with continued use, I do sense the benefits and my energy seems to be higher as well.This product is advertised as stimulant free so there are no jitters & it does not effect my stomach at all. I do feel like it is working for me; but I feel like it is working almost more in the light of an appetite blocker than an actual fat burner. Either way, I will continue to take it.

I've actually been using this product for about a year now, and the one thing I can say is that I notice a difference when I don't take it. I usually take it before a 6 to 12 mile run and it does give me energy, however the real benefit is in the appetite suppression. I'm usually not hungry for awhile after ingesting the product. If I stop taking it, I do indeed feel ravenous hunger. In regards to the taste, it's very good. It's not too artificial, but strong enough to taste the flavor. Have I lost weight? Absolutely. I'm 100 lbs down. I highly recommend trying this. Among all the fat burner-type products, this is different among the top ones.

I've purchased the fruit punch flavor 2x so far. It has a great flavor and will curb your appetite. My challenge right now is belly bulge due to menopause changes that seem to have happened overnight. The results I am getting are slow, but nonetheless they are results that I have not seen for a very long time. And we women that are going through this know how discouraging and frustrating this can be. Therefore I am very encouraged and feel confident that I have found something that will help me win this battle.

First day using it and I took It around 6am (which is when I go to the gym) I took my preworkout first then this and I don't know if it was a bad mix but I felt kinda upset in the stomach. Once I had something on my stomach I felt better. But I do have a slight headache which I haven't had before using this. I'll update my review later on but for right now I do feel less hungry but with the price of a slight headache

I am REALLY enjoying this product. I worked in healthcare for over 17 years. And at the young age of 38 I was Unfortunately diagnosed with a rare heart condition which ended my career and quite frankly much more. My point of sharing is I think We can all agree that illness has no age limit and tomorrow is not promised— but it’s more so a HUGE responsibility for us to “Care” what we put in our bodies. I’ve most often been a fan of supplements and healthy eating and also exercise— heart issues limits tings A LOT but to find products without Stimulants is a HUGE plus! There IS a reason for this HYPE and it’s not ignorance that prevents us from digging deeper to understand why?... it’s education and/or knowledge that prevents us from understanding. We love in a world of heart attacks. High blood pressure. Ventricular issues etc. all often related to elevated heart rate and or resulting from things we ingest or consume— so why add more? I’m a fab of EN. Always have been. But this particular product doesn’t interfere with any of the issues I have. No jitters. No feeling that “drop off” once it wears off. I can Go on. But I alwsys Say “ask YOUR. Dr before consuming anything” so I’ll speak for me.. this product works. Makes me Feels great. No crazy surges of energy and bonus. Taste yummy!!

Idk what’s in this but when I drink this as the directions indicate I have no food cravings and the energy boost this gives you! My gosh! It really did give me the push I needed to get back in track with my fitness. I will say y’all this will work and you will see slow results only if you don’t work out. You must have a meal plan, meal prep, take it like the directions say and eat small quantities in between meals so you won’t go and eat a huge meal and feel guilty afterwards I know lol the most important thing again you have to work out! This will give you that push trust me! I love this product first time trying any weight loss product really but so far I’m sticking with this one and once is almost done I’ll be ordering another bottle of this. I love it! I hope it works for y’all! Stay motivated, eat healthy, talk to your doctor about what’s foods are best for you! And take it as directed! ✌️

I’ve been using Lean BCAAs for a few years now and comparatively to all the others on the market, I am most satisfied with this brand. The taste is perfect…not too sweet and it doesn’t have any added sugar. It’s nice to have this product supporting my wellness journey…I am able to workout intensely and recover more quickly.

I bought fruit punch flavor and unfortunately it did not taste very good at all. Even with water it was very chalk and had a very sweet strong fruit punch taste. I'm pretty good at taking things that don't taste very well and I could hardly finish my dose. So I can't report if the product works since I couldn't take the taste. I will suggest this. If you want to give this company a chance buy the pill version if you have trouble taking powdered drinks. Thats what I'll be doing. Also, there is no return policy. So make sure you don't buy powder version if you want to just "try it out".
