Hi - please could you let me know what exactly is included/excluded in the 5 year warranty?

I ordered mine back in 2019 and the waterproof layer on the inside started to break up after 2 years. I contacted the seller and they've immediately sent a new one as its still within its 5 year guarantee, excellent service from them!

It says it in the details 1.86m diameter X 1m high.
