Why does my packet show only 20 iug of vitamin d3 and it shows 25 on the picture advertised?

Can’t help with that I’m afraid-all the research I have done suggests that if you are supplementing with D3 the better way to use is through an oral spray that you spray under the tongue which gets into bloodstream direct without going through the gut. Good Luck
