Play is the work of a child
My 6 and 4yo loves this mat the storage tray for displaying is nice. The mat is extremely durable and washable to that’s a plus to keeping things sterilized. Montessori learning when it comes to letters is an amazing way of teaching spelling and reading. Amazing purchase to my homeschool set up and definitely worth the money!

This does not come with a top for the moveable alphabet.

I love this product, however the box does not have a lid as other Montessori Moveable alphabets

Misleading title - NOT WOOD
The alphabet is CARDBOARD not wood. Absolutely terrible. Not worth the cost. The durability overall is trash.

Okay, mostly wonderful. But our kit came with ALL uppercase J’s. Why would this matter you ask? Well, the detailed little cut outs fit perfectly over the corresponding letters in the cubbies. The large J fits but doesn’t leave enough room for the dot. Really, really bothered my three year old.

Cheap Materials!
The quality is very POOR. The letters are thin and can easily be snapped in half. The quality of the wood on the box is just embarrassing. The letters have irregular shapes and many of the pieces dont match the letters printed in the box. The only thing I liked was the quality of the spelling mat.
