They love them
My dogs love these, and they actually last! With strong chewers, so many treats are gone in minutes, but these keep them occupied much longer. I also like the simple three-ingredient recipe and that they don’t have the smell or mess of many other long-lasting chews. The large size works especially well for bigger dogs. They’re pricey, but the quality and how long they last make them worth it for us.

Our dogs love them
The dogs love the taste and they last a good long time as well as helping keep the teeth clean. When they get too small, save the ends, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes, then towel dry and place them in a bowl and microwave. They puff up and the dogs love the puffed treat. So easy.

My large, aggressive chewing dog’s review of dog chews with the best at the top
Here’s my large, aggressive chewing dog’s review of dog chews with the best at the top:1. Large Yak Cheese sticks:* Pros:each large stick lasts a few days. No smell or stomach upset. Keeps his interest. No sharp shards.* Cons:They are VERY hard and I’ve seen some reviews of dogs cracking their teeth. They can leave small bits of cheese on the floor where they are chewing it.2. Pressed Rawhide Bones/large raw hide rolls:* Pros: lasts a day maybe more. Keeps his interest. No smell or stomach upset. No mess. No sharp shards* Cons: I’ve seen cautions that rawhide can cause intestinal blockage. But honestly most of these treats could do that.3. Deer or elk antlers* Pros: lasts a long time (weeks). No smell, no stomach upset, no mess.* Cons: he did get bored of them. One he was able to chew down did break with a few sharp shards.4. Bully sticks (large) - I bought huge braided ones* Pros: he loves them. Minimal smell. No sharp shards* Cons: he finished it in a few hours and puked later :(. I gave him a second one a week later and he didn’t puke but I did find smaller pieces around the house as he had broke it down into chunks.5. Rubber or nylon based chews (flavored and unflavored):* Pros: lasts forever, some don’t smell, no shards* Cons: unless it’s got a treat hidden in there or I’ve smeared with peanut butter, he’s not interested.6. Huge beef bones (purchased from pet supplier, not from my table :) )* Pros: lasts forever. Interest drops as the marrow and bits of meat get chewed away.* Cons: can be messy when it’s first given with the marrow and some meat on it. Thinner parts can be broken into shards. The shards are why I listed this last.

5 Stars – Long-Lasting & My Dog Is Obsessed!
I don’t usually write reviews, but this dog cheese stick absolutely deserves one. My dog LOVES these. The second I grab the bag, he comes running and sits patiently because he knows exactly what it is.What I love most is that it actually lasts. He eats the entire stick (no leftovers!), but it takes him a good amount of time to work through it, which keeps him busy and happy. It’s the perfect balance — long-lasting enough to feel worth it, but still completely enjoyable for him to finish. It doesn’t splinter like some chews we’ve tried, and I feel good giving it to him as a treat. It’s become our go-to for when I need him occupied or just want to give him something special. If you have a strong chewer who flies through most treats, definitely give these a try. Total win in our house! 🐶🧀

Maybe not right for every dog, but Seller treats its customers right!
I waited until I could supervise my pittie/Amstaff/lab/boxer mix JoJo, and it's good that I did. At first, he seemed a little hesitant, as this smelled unlike anything he had experienced before, but he finally got a good taste and decided he LOVED IT! Loved it to death, as it turns out...after an hour of continuous chewing he had it down to a 3-4 inch nub that I figured would be a choking hazard. When I tried to take it away he locked his jaws and refused to give it up; Finally I was able to distract him with his favorite peanut butter biscuit long enough to snatch it away. For several years our go-to indestructible chew has been the Benebone Tripe bone, which lasts a month or two, but in the end it's just hard plastic, and I had hopes that the Yak Cheese might be a slightly safer substitute - but the price is a bit high for an hour or so of pup pleasure.Update: Mighty Paw doesn't like bad reviews, and proved it by processing a full refund for this purchase. I've revised my rating to four stars as a result. Potential buyers take note, even if these chews aren't perfect for your dog, this seller stands behind their product!

Yak bones
I have been getting these yak bones for a while. My dogs loves them. Of late, the quality is now there. The bones splinter off when she chews them. Never had a problem before.

Dog Consumed in 2 hours
Today at 4pm, the long awaited Yak Cheese Dog Chew arrived. I kept seeing this item on Tiktok Shop and was eager to have a long lasting chew as this product boasts. My dog is an 20 month old bully breed, aka: an aggressive chewer, so I knew Buddy was going to put this to the test. The ingredients are top notch, there is no doubt about this. Yak cheese, lime juice, and salt for preservation, but if your dog is a serious chewer like mine, this will not last. It is a stick of hard cheese, let's be real. Since my dog is almost 50lbs I went for the Monster Chew for $15, which is about what I pay for a nice deer bone that usually lasts a day or two. I did have the sense to not pay $60 some dollars on TikTok for a bag of cheese that I already had doubts about.Yak cheese or not, don't be fooled, if a teething dog is given a hard stick of animal cheese, they are going to devour it. The nub remnant mentioned on the back of the package, is a non-issue. That will be consumed as well (with supervision). By 6:30pm crumbs were left. Little crumbs of moist yak cheese, clung to the dog bed, for moments, before my dog realized that's all that was left from his very high-priority treat, that he had no intention of putting down for a solid 2.5 hours. Please understand, I hold my dogs jaws accountable. The dog toys that guarantee to be indestructible, lose money because Buddy is no joke, his chewing means business. We will continue to try and satiate his chewing needs, but for long lasting, this cheese chew doesn't qualify.Did my dog love it? Absolutely. He was happy and I was happy to see him so enthralled in the chew. To be transparent, the residue of the Yak Cheese isn't as tidy as an antler bone, or as gross as that of a dried pig ear, hambone or rawhide chew slime, but let's also be clear, it is not odorless. It smells better than pig ears, but there is a smoky odor, my guess is it's another preservation method.

My dogs like them!
They seemed to be great… They’re big and hard enough my dogs have been chewing on them for three days. My dogs are small only 14 pounds each so I only let them chew them for about 15 to 20 minutes a day, otherwise, they’d chew them all day long. We’ve had no digestion issues so far.

Chomper puppies love them!
These are fantastic chews for puppies! They like them, so they go back to them, and they are very tough and are lasting a long time! Definitely worth the price - and safe! I have 2 very chompy little puppies that NEED to chew, and so far these are their favourites!

Recommend for any high energy dog
I cannot recommend this product enough! My 8 month old Duck Tolling Retriever is very high energy and these keep her occupied for an hour at a time. She absolutely loves when I pull these out!Very good value for the price. The 12-pack will last us months.

Great dog treats
Seen like the same quality I get from the pet store, great alternative to pork for my dog. Lasts a good amount of time for chewers. Pro tip - once it’s just a snack piece or a choking hazard, microwave for a bit and let it cool. It turns in to a big cheese pouf bonus treat.

The dog loves these, what more is there to say.
A treat my dog will die for. He sees it on the counter and won't take his eyes off of it until he gets it. I found the large size too hard for my 100lb Golden Lab to chew and we call him "Max, the Destroyer of all Things". He could chew a rubber tire off a bike. So I cut them into 1 inch chunks, hydrate each (on our pizza night)for a couple hours in water, then zap in microwave for 1 minute. It puffs up to about 3x volume and is now crunchy. Not only does it look like those sponge toffee candy bars, they are as crunchy. Dog just loves them. A Vet on Facebook gave these highest rating, along with bully sticks.

A must have for chewers - ASMR video included
My 3mo old pup loves these. Hes a growing boy, and a large breed pup, and he’s getting into his “must chew everything” phase of life. These have been a great diversion from one non-tasty treat (our couch, the baseboards, us) to a tasty one (the cheese bones). I love the simple ingredient list and all-natural aspect of them. The bones typically last him a few weeks if we don’t lose it.I haven’t yet tried to microwave the small bits (because we lose them lol) but as soon as we have one that is too small to chew we’ll definitely give that a try
