Works real well for my pain came fast works fast

My joints are still pretty healthy at 60 (male) and I’ve been using this product for years. I occasionally run out out and my knees definitely notice. Add in some resistance training, just light work, plus this product and I am 95% pain free. Highly recommend.

Sometimes there a little big to swallow. However. Ran out stopped for couple months then snuggled and hurt lots. Started again much easier to move again. Do the test yourself takes months but life is better with tan without. Wonder had I started before may have bought me more happiness and mobility.
