I bought this product as I love making fajitas and wanted to have a spice at hand in bulk. I've used this a number of times, even as a rub over a chicken. Also used it on potato wedges, homemade and oven baked. This makes a thick sauce with the addition of water for fajitas. My family love the flavour. Buying in bulk saves time and money buying the kits. Good value for money.
