Does the job well
It's a lovely infuser - looks nice, easy to clean, and the cap doubling as a coaster is very convenient. Keep in mind though if you want to use it to serve, it could be tricky because it doesn't have a bent lip (as I suppose it's intended to be used to drink from directly) and you could spill a bit of the tea

Worth for its price other premium quality infusers are priced more than double of this
It looks okay with medium build quality and looks like it can take take good amount of heat, the rubber seal on the filter could have been of better quality but it does the job of sealing the heat and infuse whether it is Green tea or Tisane or any other Herbs.... I am giving four stara only because of the thickness of the glass but otherwise I loved it for its price, if only the glass were a little thicker it would have been perfect.....

Does the job smoothly
Like how it is built and ease of use, cleaning is all smooth. Glass is not very thick, hence will be quick to break with slight fall or if collides with anything hard. It is maintenance so take care of it. Rest size, infuser etc is apt for use. Came with a complimentary tea satchet too. Good gesture by brand. Looks clean.

Bad product
Not good product. The moment you will pour hot water for tea the glass will break. Mine broke in 2nd use. I didn’t even put enough hot water. Not at all durable. Not at all resistant to heat. Cleaning is easy provided you don’t put very fine tea. Not at all value for money. The lid broke on the first use.

Great tea mug
Excellent piece, just be aware that it’s capacity is about 450ml so if you’re making a full mug you’ll need to adjust the amount of tea leaves you use. Good Product, Lid is the loose end.
It's a good product. Nicely built. The lid is quite loose, which makes it quite susceptible to falling. It can easily fall especially when used directly on the mug without the infusion part.
