I will be fair in this review. I had a family trip to Europe planned and wanted to but new carry-ons for my wife, daughter and I. I researched different brands for a carry-on suitcases The most important to me was the quality, then the price. Level 8 stood out so I purchased 3 of them. When they were delivered they seemed well made and perfect for what we needed. So we packed and off to our trip, and sad to say 2 out of the 3 carry-on zippers broke. This happened to my daughter's and mine. It was when we zippered it closed that one side of the zipper came out and we could not fix it. So we had to rely on the other side of the zipper to hold it close, which it did. As for the feel, size of the carry-ons, they were great but for the zipper to come apart, never happened to us before with cheaper and more expensive carry-ons bought in the past. I am going to get in touch with LEVEL 8 and see how the warranty can take care of this for us, will update you all. Ciao! Update: LEVEL8 reached out to me quick😊. Still in progress to see how this works out. I uploaded pictures of the 2nd Carryon with the malfunctioned zipper. Ciao!

Second set of Level8 cases I’ve owned - I travel a lot - 20/30 times a year and these really hold up. First set lasted well over 3 years which is a long time considering how much I travel! Silky smooth to push and they look great too!

It's a good quality no frills carry on sized that will fit most airlines.. The wheels roll easily and the zippers are sturdy. It comes with a built in TSA approved zipper lock. This is the second one I've purchased and I would recommend it.

Frequently (10+ plane rides a year) traveled with this thing for THREE YEARS! Unfortunately it finally did end up cracking and breaking, but when I tell you this suitcase was packed to the max every time I traveled, I’m not kidding.

Absolutely the best carry on suitcase we’ve ever had. Does not even compare to ones from tj maxx and Ross. So nice and classy! Beautiful colors. Perfect size. Rolls smoothly. Affordable. Checks all the boxes!
