What is the percentage of vitamin c, ferulic acid and other active ingredients?

For whatever, reason, Cos de Baha doesn't always list exact percentages of ingredients. As a long-time user of this brand, I can say they have extremely effective products at very low prices compared to other luxury brands with less effective formulas. That said, I suspect this particular serum has around 15-20% SAP, which is the version of vitamin C included in this formula. Here is the full list of ingredients, with the C derivative listed in the first 3 ingredients.
