"Some things never change," states woe-is-me bad boy Dylan ("Special Guest Star" Luke Perry) near the end of the series finale. And we wouldn't have it any other way. After a tumultuous decade, the buff and beautiful characters of Beverly Hills 90210 may be dealing with more "adult stuff," but their lives are still buffeted by infidelities, betrayals, make-ups, and breakups. It is, though, nice to see that after 10 years a little self-awareness finally starts to dawn. "Doesn't it seem," Kelly (Jennie Garth) asks Steve (Ian Ziering), "like we've been living in a Stephen King novel when you're afraid to turn the page because you're afraid something horrible is going to happen to somebody in the group?" Steve responds without a trace of irony (one of this ever-earnest series' endearing graces), "Maybe there's someone out there who's been devising this unbelievably horrific plan for us to go through." Whoever was doing all that devising was working overtime this final season: Dylan goes back to college, David becomes something of a shock jock, Christina Aguilera performs at the Peach Pit After Dark, Steve wrestles with commitment issues before proposing to a pregnant Janet (Lindsay Price), drug dealers kidnap Noah (Vincent Young), Kelly is engaged to Matt (Daniel Cosgrove) but still loves Dylan, Janet struggles with being a working mother, and Dylan discovers his father is still alive. And won't David and Donna ever get together? Spoiler alert: Yes they will in the tear-jerking wedding finale that brings back old 90210 vets Gabrielle Carteris, a chipper Tiffani-Amber Thiessen, and, via videotape, Jason Priestley. Shannen Doherty remains the show's Voldemort, She Who Must Not be Named. In a film clip of the original gang glimpsed in "The Final Goodbye," a series retrospective originally broadcast in 2000 that is this set's lone extra feature, her face is blurred. This final season may not rank with this series' best, but to quote Dylan, this is not a one-time offer. For long-time fans looking for closure, this is a must-own set that invites repeat viewing. --Donald Liebenson The ensemble drama about young adults growing up in Beverly Hills is a blend of romantic drama and subject matter that crosses all cultural boundaries. The storyline follows the West Beverly gang as they matures as college students and beyond, facing new challenges as they continue to grow and discover more about themselves and their personal ambitions. As their worlds evolve, old friendships will be tested as new relationships develop, but no matter how complicated their worlds become, they will always share in their strengths and experiences. This DVD collection features every episode from the show's final season. Starring Luke Perry, Jason Priestly Ian Ziering, Daniel Cosgrove, Tori Spelling. Review: Intense - (This review is for the content of the series not the quality of the dvd and/or set.) POTENTIAL SPOILER ALERT. Despite what many fans seem to say, that this is when the show went down hill, I really like the last couple of seasons. I didn't start watching this show at all until 2008 (and I was born in 1990) so I was starting college and watched the reruns on soap-net from season 1 episode 1, never missing a single one. I naturally gravitated more towards the college years anyway. In mid-season 9 after my favorite characters Brandon and Valerie left, I thought the rest of the show would be horrible but the new characters grew on me and the story lines were pretty interesting. The worst episode in my opinion was "Doc Martin" because they treated Gina horribly and I was sad to see her go, but overall it was a great season. Not the best but definitely not the worst. Review: Finally own the entire series - Hello, This TV series is one my favorites, I've seen the entire series a few thousand times and love it every time. My cable company quit carrying SoapNet who re-runs the show and I had decided to continue the rest of the DVDs with of course the final season. I love how the writers ended the series with David & Donna getting married. Us fans knew they were meant to be since the beginning of the series. If you're collecting the series, you must own the final season to see how the series closes out. I highly recommend. Thanks.

Every episode is in here!
I just received this. On the back of the DVD cover it says "This 6-disc collection includes all 25 of the tenth and final season's drama filled episodes!" But if you have Hulu, you'll see that there are actually 26 episodes. And according to Wiki, there are actually 27 episodes. Initially I thought that this meant that this set was incomplete. But when you look at all of the discs, you'll see that the Disc 6 is titled "Special Feature." Which is where you'll be able to watch episode 26 and 27. Whew! Episode 25: "I'm happy for you, really" Episode 26: "The Penultimate" Episode 27: "Ode to Joy"

I was a BH 90210 fan from day 1 and in the mid 90s got sidetracked from having a son and working, so now that hes a teenager I can catch up and relive what I missed on FOX!!!! In 2000 I was taping the final show on VHS (VCR) I got maybe a half hour and now Im grateful to this DVD and the other DVD sets since Walmart doesnt carry em anymore!!! Excellent job Amazon & I can get my Luke Perry fix anytime!!! Thank YOU!!!!

Miss M.
I want the whole 90210 collection. The final season is great, the lasting memory is Donna and David getting married. That history in itself is awesome. It was definitely a wonderful prime time show in the 90's into the 2000's.

Sad without the original soundtrack....
Been a huge fan of the show since it originally aired, love it. Took off a star though because a lot of the soundtrack has been changed since these aired on TV. Guess there are licensing issues? But it really puts a damper on going back to enjoy this nineties classic...without the 90's tunes!!!! Same deal when you try to watch this on Hulu except even worse because some episodes are just completely missing! At least the DVD still has all the episodes but it's weird with "fake" music.
