I’ve purchased around 15 units of Moon and Mount Liquid (5+1) detergent. In the beginning, the thickness and effectiveness were quite satisfactory. However, over time, I noticed a significant drop in quality—the liquid has become much thinner. Compared to Presto Total Wash, I now have to use nearly double the amount of Moon and Mount detergent to get similar cleaning results. I’m not sure why the brand would compromise on quality like this. It’s disappointing to see a promising product decline. I’ve rated it 3 stars because I was initially happy with the product. I truly hope the Moon and Mount team takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the consistency and quality.

Worse detergent ever used!! Don't buy this product seeing it's pricing. Not even a mild fragrance after washing, it smells like as if washed in just water only. Every time I wash I'll curse myself for buying this.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: product looks good but packing are poor. because of poor packing 50% liquid are spoilt. definitely Amazon help us and give me replacement item. Leakage: packing are very poor 50% liquid are spoilt in box. hope next time sends good packing condition. now i got replacement and i use last 5 days. definitely buy this product very good cleaning and smells good of clothes. replacement packing are good condition. i think about bigger version now.
