I have a very dodgey neck from an old whiplash injury and struggle to find a pillow that doesn’t have me living on gabapentin. I tried 2 other pillows of here before I found this one and it’s perfect.. top is nice and soft but supportive and height is adjustable with inserts. Got one for my partner too as I like the aesthetic of symmetrical pillows on the bed and he is also very comfortable with it and he is fussy. Should also say there’s barely any smell like some other memory foam pillows. Update.. so impressed with their quality I bought the 2” memory topper for a new mattress that was too hard and would recommend that too.. Newentor I love your items you have saved me from a lot of pain!

Bought for my husband who constantly wakes up with neck and shoulder pain. This pillow seems to have stopped all this almost immediately and he feels so much brighter after finally finding a pillow that enables him to have a good nights sleep. It comes in 3 different pieces so is easy to adapt to the height you find most comfortable and a good quality soft touch cover. The memory foam is vented which keeps it cooler. Would definitely recommend.

Pillow not too soft or hard. Hight can be adjusted. I took out one layer and am very happy with it. Expensive but hope I get plenty of use.

Finding a good pillow is luck - try one; too soft, too firm; get another and try it in combination with an old pillow underneath to try to get the perfect height and firmness. Swap the pillow underneath for a different one. Then you get it right, and after 6 months the pillow is deformed or gone soft. This Newentor pillow is excellent, it has 3 layers meaning height can be adjusted. I use the whole lot, and stuffed them into the tight grey stretchy zip case supplied. A normal pillowcase fits over, tightly. The pillow is perfect, like a donut, it is soft in the centre so your head sinks a few mm, but it supports your neck. It's good for lying on your back or side. A great pillow.

Pillow shopping can be a total nightmare there are so many to choose from and ive tried a lot,ive tried the NASA pillow,wool pillow,latex pillow,shredded memory foam,buckwheat,hollow fibre,feather(yukkkk) you name it,ive got hyper mobility and get neck and shoulder pain and need a pillow i can change the height to suit,this Newentor pillow took a couple of nights to get the right height,i like the main blue pillow with the thicker of the additional layers,its squidgy and soft but great support i hate a hard pillow,ive got fibromyalgia and wouldnt say its changed my sleep much but at least im comfortable,i do love it which is a surprise to me because when shopping for a pillow i passed by this one so many times thinking it would be too hard like the other memory foam pillows ive tried before,im happy with this pillow

I've given this a good few months use now. I was having terrible sleep and couldn't get comfy and this has, somewhat, helped. It's lovely and thick, has a nice cover and is comfortable to lay on. The downside is that there are 3 separate foam pieces. This is fine if you lay flat on it and never move during sleep but otherwise the pieces become misaligned and you end up with a wonky uncomfortable pillow. Basically to ensure you sleep well, you have to every so often take it all out and realign the foam pieces. Not the end of the world but why they couldn't just make it one piece?

Been using about 3 weeks now and it’s very comfortable. I’d given up on finding one that suited me and was on the cusp of ordering a latex one that would have set me back a small fortune. I have had neck pain and a dull feeling in the back of my head for what seemed like months. Those pains are now going away and I am actually getting full rotation back as I move my head around on my shoulders. I favour sleeping on my back but that does often mean I snore - but so far not with this pillow. I’m also finding comfort sleeping on my side without getting back pains as well. I may buy another as a backup or for travelling. It’s a refreshing feeling and I look forward to my head hitting the pillow and feeling the comfort I’d been missing for a very long time. I started with all 3 layers - after a couple of nights I removed the thinner layer - that is looking like the sweet spot for me so far.

I have waited a while to write this review as I wanted to test the product for a short while first. I'll be completely honest, I only ordered it as it has a money back guarantee and can be returned if not suitable so I had nothing to lose. I have been using the Newentor pillow for nearly a month now and it is the best pillow i've ever had. As soon as I lay on it to test it out I knew it was the pillow for me. I wanted an adjustable pillow as I always find one too low and two pillows too high. Personally I use all of the layers together. The foam side you lie on is soft but supportive. It also keeps me cool at night. It keeps it shape and no need to replump or reshape all the time like I had to with my old pillows. I used to wake up with neck pain and terrible knots in my shoulders but no since I started using this pillow. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

⬜ Tests et premières impressions ---------------------------------------- Franchement, grosse déception avec cet oreiller Newentor. Le concept est super : hauteur réglable, couches amovibles, bon maintien au départ… J’étais vraiment satisfait le premier mois. Mais rapidement, l’oreiller est devenu trop mou, il s’est affaissé au point de devenir inutilisable, malgré tous les réglages possibles. Pensant que c’était un défaut isolé, j’en ai commandé un second… et là, surprise : beaucoup trop dur, comme si c’était un tout autre produit. La qualité de la mousse est clairement instable, avec une densité qui varie d’un oreiller à l’autre. Résultat : un oreiller inutilisable après un mois, un autre carrément renvoyé, car impossible à utiliser dès le départ. Dommage, parce que l’idée était bonne, mais la fabrication ne suit pas. 🟢 Les points forts + ---------------------- + Très agréable pendant quatre semaines. + Hauteur personnalisable. + Taie d'oreiller très douce. 🟠 Les points faibles - ------------------------ - Un oreiller ne devrait pas devenir inutilisable aussi rapidement. 🟨 Rapport qualité-prix ---------------------------- ▫️ Mauvais. (Excellent, très bon, bon, moyen ou mauvais). Pour moi, le rapport qualité-prix est un critère essentiel. 📝 Mon avis -------------- ⭐ (0 étoile). ▫️ Un produit très décevant. Mise à jour du 23/04/2025 : Retourner l’oreiller au Royaume-Uni après les 30 jours engendre des frais de douane. Face à un coût de plus de 20 €, j’ai malheureusement dû renoncer à le renvoyer.
