Just updated to 5 star. Great customer service. I sent the unit back and they sent me a new one. I ordered one and it worked great for about 3 weeks then screen went blank they sent me another this worked for two weeks. Don’t know what to do because it really works. Any suggestions. Marion C Just wanted to add a note my tens has been working great. They sent me a new one in December. April and still working. I found out that when the battery gets to two bars charge the unit. Don't wait till it gets empty.

I’ve had this thing for a few years now, I still absolutely love it. The size is perfect and easy to store, it works well even to this day. Charged quickly and last a a while. It’s great duality for the value of money. I love the difference pulse options and you can buy attachments that work with this for vagus nerve stimulation. I have a hard time finding good sticky pads but this product is amazing. It helps with nerve repair and muscle tension if used properly.

I was excited to purchase the TENS 7000 Rechargeable after reading many positive reviews. However, my excitement was short-lived when the unit failed after just one week of use. The unit worked great at first. I used it to relieve pain in my back and neck. The intensity levels were easy to adjust, and the controls were user-friendly. However, after one week, the screen went blank and the unit would no longer turn on. However, I'm concerned that the failure rate for this unit is high. I read many reviews before purchasing, and many people reported that their units failed after a short period of time. I'm not sure if this is a design flaw or a manufacturing defect, but it's something that potential buyers should be aware of. Overall, I'm disappointed with the TENS 7000 Rechargeable. It's a nice unit when it works, but the failure rate is too high. I would not recommend this unit to anyone unless they are willing to take the risk of it failing. I have had back pain for quite some time! I work in dentistry so I’m constantly working bending to polish teeth! When my muscles get tense. I use this unit to relax my muscles. And Afterwards I feel pain relief on top of that I also use a heat warmer. The stickiness on the pads still feels good! And the unit is great Quality!! I have had mine for 3 years.

Hi I purchased Feb 16th 2025 It worked flawlessly. Until the other day. The screen lit up white, stuck on like a flash lite. The battery eventually lost power. I recharged it. It worked again then the same issue. Emergency!!! I need it fixed. Extreme hip and knee pain.

Since I bought it, I've been using it quite frequently and I still love it. The size is perfect and it's easy to store; it works well to this day. It charges quickly and lasts a long time. It's a great value. I love the different pulse options, and what I also like is that you can buy accessories compatible with it for vagus nerve stimulation. This product is incredible. It helps repair nerves and tighten muscles if used correctly. Excellent product, it met my expectations.

Worked great! Still works, with some issues. It's been almost 3 years, so that's bound to happen. Halfway through my session, the screen just illuminates, and you can't adjust any settings or even turn it off. I just unplugged the wire from the device and have to let it die on its own before recharging and getting operable settings again. For what I paid, I feel getting almost 3 solid years of help and relief keeps this product at 5 stars! Easy to use and learn. Will purchase another one once this "waiting for it to die" becomes too much of a hassle.

This product is a rechargeable unit which initially worked perfectly then quit. It comes on, screen lights up, but is blank and doesn't work. Charged it but still does not work. It only lasted 5 days after the Amazon 30 day return policy had expired. Would like to request a replacement but unable to speak with anyone. Very disappointed, especially since my therapist recommended this product. Review update - I reached out to the company. They were very prompt in responding and resolving my issue. Had to forward some additional information and they are shipping me a replacement. If rated on customer service a 5, but because the unit didn't last very long, I moved it from a1 to a 3.

the sticky pad included is note sealed; its already open and has signs of usage. only 1 cable is in the package and the container box included has missing parts. please check before shipping the item and please take note of my request for a refund.
