Zimmermann Bamboo Fiber 2.2lb 1000g, gluten free flour, Non GMO, Keto Flour, 100% Bamboo, Keto & Low-Carb Baking & Cooking, Low Calorie Flour

I've been using Zimmermann bamboo fiber flour for a few years and it's a great quality flour. I've been low carb for about 10 years, and this flour has been a life changer for baked goods. Quality is consistent. It is expensive compared to white flour, but it's worth it to me for health reasons. A bag will last me 3 to 4 months. Rolls and cakes have a great texture. In my opinion, the taste is very good.

I started using bamboo fiber in keto baking several years ago as a substitute for oat fiber. It gives a much better texture than oat (no dry mouthfeel) in both yeast breads and other baked goods. Zimmerman is the first brand I tried and it's still the best, even though it costs a bit more than some other brands. The quality is consistently high and my recipes come out as I expect.

I use this in my all fiber bread and it works perfectly. Was using a different brand but they added a ingredient that made it unusable for us that make bread. I am real happy with Zimmerman and hope they don't change a thing! It's fresh and wonderful 😊

I can't live without this product now. It's perfect for making low carb versions of recipes that use flour. I've repurchased this product three times so far. It lasts several months for me as I only use a quarter cup at a time.

I used this flour in making my keto bread and cookies. It bakes well when mixed with other ingredients and easy to use especially when following particular recipes.

Love to bake with bamboo fiber. Large bag is a good deal. Good quality.

For the seller and shipper, the flour arrived fast and in good shape. For the producer: I don't find this "gritty" the same way I find almond flour gritty. It doesn't make the best textured pancakes, they are wet and flat, but they taste awesome. Maybe practice will make perfect with the pancakes. Until I met people who specialize in cooking with bamboo fiber, I stuck pretty much to bread, I am now making many things.

As expected

I bought this Bamboo cause of its quality. It was to make "Victoria's Keto Flour" which she uses in her mix flour. Mixture comes out to 3 carbs per cup! It's also gives you the bread, cakes etc texture you're looking for. Good stuff.

Sehr gut verträgliches Produkt, ich backe mein Ketobrot damit… u.a.es macht für mich den Unterschied, dass mein Brot tatsächlich anders schmeckt als die üblichen fertigen Brotbackmischungen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

I was looking for an alternative to Xanthan Gum for thickening foods, stews, sauces etc and due to a strict keto diet corn starch and flour were out of the equation. I find that Xanthan Gum leaves a film and it’s hard to master how much to use to get the right consistency. This Bamboo fibre is fantastic, no adverse or funny tastes or films. It works very very well and it doesn’t congeal or coagulate like Xanthan Gum does. Will definitely order again. Highly recommended!

Expensive but it makes the best bread. I use Victoria's bread flour recipe.
