They do not adhere to underwear they fall into the toilet - which makes for a messy and unpleasant removal or risk plugging a toilet. Very unhappy with this purchase - I DO NOT recommend.

Not worth the money
Not worth the money, they slip as they are flimsy and the adhesive doesn't work, then the pad wads up in the crease of the posterior anatomy. Wouldn't take another set if they were free, will definitely need to find something else.

Almost perfect
Works well. The only trouble I had was that the stick strip is too narrow and too weak. I solved that problem with my own two-way tape. But the product is comfortable on my tush and really does prevent odor (not noise though).

This did work!
I did not think this would work, but combined with the little round pads that you put between your cheeks, it 100%, completely eliminated any odor whatsoever!! I was pleasantly shocked at the results.

Charcoal underwear
They work for the odor, but they come apart and the charcoal gets all over my underwear.

Like concept
I love the concept but wish they could perfect it the pad does fall apart and the charcoal inside gets on you undergarments I’m not sure if it worked all that well it helped some when they make a better product I am ready to try it

The REALLY work!!!
I cannot recommend these enough. I have horrible gas and it smells, there I said it!! Not sure when this happened but these little pads work. I tested them to the max and not one smell escaped. What a relief to be able to go out in public again and not worry. I just wish they were reusable.

These don’t work
Do not buy these, they do not work. I have terrible gas since my gastric bypass surgery and these do nothing. I think because it’s only a charcoal filter? I’ve found hepa filters (the kind that come with vacuum bags, actually trap smells, but it gets expensive. I wasted $30 on these and would return the unused if they weren’t such a personal item.

Make them 18cm long
Tried this for the first time and I find it effective with the smell. However, I wish it’s a bit longer for better coverage. I’ve been using a more expensive brand for a while now and I find the length of 18cm is the most effective.

I tried to peel off the sticker back and peeled off the whole sticker? I gave up.
