From the manufacturer Delìcia Pasta Tools Homemade fresh pasta: a ritual that requires the right tools to knead, pull the dough, put the filling and forming dumplings. With Delicìa tools, making homemade pasta is simpler, but the taste remains what it used to be. As it used to be, but faster. Homemade fresh pasta: more than just a preparation, it is a ritual that unites the whole family and is handed down from grandmothers to grandchildren. Kneading, pulling, filling and sealing the ravioli is one of those childhood memories that are always evoked with love. One cup for cutting discs and fork for sealing. Now it's all easier, but the taste is just what it used to be. How to make homemade ravioli Step 1 Pull the dough sheet with the pasta machine. Step 2 Place the first sheet on the mould, creating recesses at each cavity. Step 3 Fill each hole with your favourite filling and cover with another sheet. Step 4 Pass the rolling pin to seal the ravioli and remove excess dough. Turn it upside down to take out the dumplings. Tescoma Your home, your story. Review: Fantastic works very well get one - 150g Caputo semola, 50g Caputo 00 fresh pasta flour, 1 Burford Brown egg made up to 90ml water, 2 g salt. Mix in a Kenwood then knead, the pasta is hard and quite dry so it may need a little extra water sprayed on. Rest for at least 30 minutes in a moist pot and divide into at least three sections. Then laminate and roll to the thinest setting. Cut to the length of the mould and then place on a bench with a sprinkling of rice flour. Place on the mould and gently press into each hollow. Squeeze the filling into each hollow with a piping bag and then run around each hollow with a moist finger to wet the dough. Place another sheet gently from one end pressing out the air. Then roll with a rolling pin making sure that all the ravioli are separated. Then pop them out on to a tray sprinkled with rice flour. Perfect job. Rework any pasta cuttings. Doing this with about 500g of filling you should be able to make 50 ravioli and a portion is about 150g. These can be frozen on a tray and then placed into individual bags. Perfect job. The pictures show ricotta and mushroom ravioli with sage butter sauce from the Capella book. Amazing. This pasta mould is perfect for the job and not too wide. Individual ravioli can also be made. I love this thing. Review: So easy to make great Ravioli - Great piece of kit makes some excellent looking ravioli. Simple to use and very effective. Good value and easy to clean. Make sure you dust the mould with flour and your Ravioli won’t stick and will turn out neatly.

Awesome product
This product is awesome. I also bought the smaller one. It’s super simple and works like a charm. Remember to use a bit of flour on the bottom and on the sides so that your ravioli don’t stick. It’s also very sturdy and dishwasher safe. Really pleased wit the choice

Works great with pastry too!
I used this to make little sweet mincemeat bites for the Christmas period (recipe suggestion from BBC Good Food) and they were really popular. A little fiddley but worth the effort. The tray is so easy to use and the pastry popped out easily (no sticking). I liked it so much that I am going to have a go with pasta and make my own ravioli.
