Batteries not included
Such a special gift to make someone happy . Its unique and really fun for all ages The only thing that would make it even better is if it was louder .

more difficult to play than it looks
great fun but not as easy to play as it looks - maybe it's easier on the bigger models but this one seems very fiddly

Junk
One was coincidence, two is a trend. I ordered one of these as a gift, but what I received produced a garbled sound, cutting in and out. It was unable to produce a note for more than a second without making a sort of clicking noise and stopping entirely. It sounded nothing like the videos. I figured it was an issue with the batteries, so I replaced them. Same result, no matter the make. Having faith in all of the positive reviews, I returned the one I had, deciding it was probably faulty, and ordered a new one. The one I got had the exact same problem. The quality is akin to something I would expect to get out of a happy meals toy, not a 40 pound "instrument". It is ridiculously overpriced and it underdelivers in every single way. I can't speak for everyone else, but the experience I have with these pieces of plastic is nothing but negative.

limited appeal
9 year old played with it for a few weeks then got dismayed and hasn't bothered since. batteries seem to not last that long either.
